I stayed in the sea facing room 605 for 12 days. Beautiful, calming view overlooking a wonderful park to stroll in the evenings and the broad blue expanse of the Marmara sea. Morning sunrise and evenings when all the city lights came on were my favourite. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet - always healthy with a nice mix of warm and cold options. The sea facing room felt quiet and charming. During my stay I used laundry and ironing services offered by the hotel amd felt the prices were good and the quality of ironing when returned was excellent. Zeytinburnu train station not even 5 minutes walk away and once you learn how to use the metro this is a huge benefit. A wide range of food stores close by and unique character of neighbourhood as it is a fur and leather supply district for Eastern Europe...

This hotel is in the top 3 worst I have ever stayed in. Dirty towels, paper thin walls, a damaged window that rattled all night, a rude receptionist who paused checking me in for 5 minutes to check someone else in who came in after me, no tea or coffee in the room, a bad smell in the room, a broken shower, and ripped curtains that let daylight in as I was sleeping before a night shift. The food looked like crap so I ordered McDonald's and ate it in my room instead. Special mention to the housekeeping idiot who ignored the DO NOT DISTURB sign and walked into my room when I had just come out of the shower.
0/10 points on all categories and I will never be back. The hotel should be sold to someone who knows how to run a business.

The hotel is located really very good. Shops and seashore are nearby. The hotel is modest, howevewr rooms are clean, servis brings towels fresh every day and the reception is helpful.

Nice seaview. Need to reserve parking before you arrive. Staff is good and polite. Breakfast is poor.

Me and my daughter loved our stay in this hotel! The rooms are very neat, the employees are helpful and kind and the food is delicious! The location of the hotel is nice. I would visit it again!

Excellent customer service.. I think they should change the menu a bit for indians..apart from the food. Excellent rooms and dinning space and services..a pleasant stay indeed!!

I don't know with what to start. Mould, cold( ac did not work), not one table, not one chair in the room, one single power outlet, poor maintenance. If you hate your life your welcomed to stay in this hotel. Avoid this with any costs!!

I have been staying here for more then 1 month . The hotel is nice cosy place. The Washroom have hot water available 24 /7.It is located near to Marmaray Istasyonu and also to Bulvar 58. Restaurant is nice and they only serve set meals . Breakfast is included in the fare . My room has air-conditioning that is switched to heating mode. They clean your room everyday and change bedsheets . The staff is very friendly and they have very nice and economically laundry service available as well . The hotel is always jam-packed so no use of asking for discounts.

The hotel is 3 star but the room condition is no Star at all. The room door lock and handle is Brooke and hanging. Shower door is missing the heating air conditioning system only partially work. Room service didn't clean my room for two days. The toilet seat is stained. Some members of the staff are very rude.
