Friendly staff, clean rooms, right in the centre. Next door restaurant has the same owner, i thing. Good atmosphere.

The location is perfect, everything is close to the hotel. Food was tasty, and the room was clean.

The man at the reception (his name is Ahmed ) is so rude!! If you pay money you would expect much better treatment!!??

Fantastic location! Right on a tram line (easy to get to Taksim Square and Ataturk Airport via public transit) and steps from the Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia, and Basilica Cistern. Also walking distance to the Spice Bazaar, Grand Bazaar, and New Mosque. Has one of the BEST breakfast buffets I've seen (definitely a highlight!). Room itself was alright. Cleaned daily and comfy - but no real wow factor.

The hotel had a good location, but the staff was no where to be found on checkout, causing us to be locked inside the hotel lobby upon departure. The promised morning taxi service was also absent.

friendly staff and great breakfast. they have real coffee here, not that nescafe nonsense the country is weirdly in love with. their wifi setup is pretty terrible though.

Love it. Great location. Staff is nice. Price is acceptable. There is good breakfast on the hotel terrace. There is no elevator... but no too many floors.
