Room was slightly small but comfortable and very clean. We were upgraded to a balcony room with a great view.
Breakfast is buffet style with choice of cheeses, meats, salads, breads and much more, my only niggle was there was no English breakfast tea so went to local supermarket to buy my own, they do offer Turkish teas and coffee, fruit juice and water.
The location for us was ideal, just a minute from the Main Street with trams, shops, restaurants. We were only a short walk to the Grand Bazaar and not far from the Blue Mosque and Haggia Sophia.

The photos will speak for themselves, one of the best hotels, you can visit the most iconic areas of Istanbul by walking from the hotel less than 15 min walk for Aya Sofia and blue mosque, the personal is very professional, helpful & kind especially Mourad. I highly recommend

This hotel in ‘old town’ was well appointed room (not large amount of free space in room, but we did have beautiful balcony overlooking mosque and university grounds). Very close to everything we need, tram on door step. We found wifi to be slow and some what annoying. Staff were incredibly helpful when we had a small issue with shower screen they were right on to it. They even helped with finding a restaurant with good vegetarian options for us. I was some what confused they advertise they have room service but the restaurant is closed except for breakfast??

Don't expect much to get much from what you pay. The location of the hotel is great. However, the room needs to be checked before booking it to a new customer: the AC was leaking and dropping a small amount of water on the floor. The bathroom needs some maintenance, such as the hair dryer holder being broken, the door handle falled a part the next day of our staying, and the moment we arrived there was some kind of short in the lamps and they had to fix it while we were out side exploring Istanbul. In all, in my own experience, I would not recommend it.

Beautiful hotel, clean and professional. Great value for money. Staff were friendly and mostly helpful. Location extremely central to most main attractions or a short tram ride. Would highly recommend and stay again.

I have never met such unhelpful and rude receptionists before! Every time you would ask for help they would have an attitude or they would shout at you.
The hotel room itself was very stuffy as the AC barely worked during this stay. There was a very horrid smell coming from the bathroom which made me feel physically sick.
The hotel location overall is good as it’s easy for transportation and around shops.
Personally, i will not be visiting this hotel again as it definitely doesn’t live up to the 4* rating that this hotel has.
I have not made any reviews on google because i never needed to. This is not a spam. Own up to your mistakes, take the advice and change your services so other people can enjoy their stay. Your staff were rude and your services were horrible. GoodBye.

Perfect location right besides Grand Bazar & Egyptian Bazar.
Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby!
Very convenient public transport available 2 min walk away.
Very friendly and helpful staff - lovely hotel all around! Highly recommend due to location and value for money.

İ had an amazing time at this hotel,staff are very friendly the rooms and funitures are newly relovated looking good and nice,the hotel manager is nice,food and restaurant was nice, location iş easily accessible to public transportation and tourism areas,however iş a nice hotel i can come bacak.

The room and how we were treated when we complained about the problems with overshadowed everything else. The air-conditioning didn't work, the shower drain left a horrible odour in the rest of the room and a light switch didn't work which meant we had to spend our first night with a light on and no air-conditioning and a bad smell. They resolved some of the problems on the next day but we spent the bulk of the day of our wedding anniversary arguing and waiting for things to be fixed. When we returned to the room the air-conditioning unit had leaked all over the floor. My review would have been a lot higher had they took customer complaints seriously. Our stay at this hotel was so bad that we checked out early and booked another hotel. Our sincere advice is stick with known chains.
