Hotel Vera

Location is super great in the heart of action yet not compromising privacy. Rooms might come small to some, for one person the standard room come good enough. Good hot shower and tv channels . They have boiling pot and fridge in the room. Simply love their breakfast. Helpful staff is the best thing , they not only go the extra mile with out expecting returns like providing Turkish coffee and Turkish delights. They also provide tips on going around and reasonable airport transfer . No hanky panky tricks here just pure sincerity and good hospitality. Highly recommended. Oh the bedding was super good I snoozed like a baby !

I would highly recommend!! I had a layover in Istanbul and chose Hotel Vera for its positive reviews on Booking.

Location was perfect especially if you plan on walking to local attractions and want to be near plenty of food and shopping areas. I arrived late (around 9pm) and was able to find plenty of late night food options within 5 minute walking distance.

The staff was extremely friendly and had perfect communication throughout my stay. They were thoughtful, proactive, and even helped me out by communicating/coordinating with my driver for my private transfer to the airport. I really appreciated the level of thoughtfulness and kindness they put into making guests feel comfortable. It made a huge difference and put me at ease, as I was only in Turkey for 20 hours and was a bit worried about logistics. Many thanks to the staff for making me short stay so smooth and enjoyable.

The room was clean and looked just like the pictures on Booking. Breakfast was well organized and yummy. I appreciated the small disposable cups which allowed me to drink my tea while I walked around Istanbul.

Very good value for money. Unbeatable location. Quiet street at night, you can rest well. Small rooms and bathroom, but clean and the best thing is the kindness and attention of the staff. They give great advice and care about the guests. Highly recommended if your budget is not buoyant.

The rooms are really nice and are clean, but it too small for 3 people staying there. The bathrooms are small but the shower was very dirty in the inside. The place has a really good location near the Hagia Sofía and the Topkapi Palace, sadly the room was too close to the street so it was very noisy.

Not bad at all for a location close to the blue mosque and the touristic area around.
The room we took was small but functional for 3+1 .
The breakfast was good and varied.
