Beautiful resort, very well run, with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Lots for kids to do and family friendly entertainment every night. Food was top notch, with a great range to pick from

Their own stretch of beach just outside the back gate with sun beds and umbrellas. Little bit outside the main town but a short, cheap, taxi hop and you were there

The service was alright we had acouple of bad experiences such as the house cleaning ladies stealing 50 euro from my bag we reported it to the manager and he didn’t do anything about it overall the hotel is good and does good concerts at 10 everyday

The rooms were small and pretty uncomfortable the plugs were no where near the bed so you couldn’t charge your phone while on the bed

staff are lovely food is amazing wifi is very good can be glitchy but that’s in every where pool is amazing sun shines perfectly

taxi always out side waiting to drop people off if you need anything towels toilet rolls ect after house keeping there up to your room faster then i could say ‘a’ made so many friends and couldn’t be any more happier

Love the hotel clean staff friendly but waiters not very efficient left waiting 20 minutes to order a drink very slow not much English with the younger staff don't understand when you are ordering

Nice hotel a bit outdated but does the job. Could do with a upgrade in some places, WiFi only works from Balcony which is annoying. Overall i would stay here again

What an amazing little spot in the mountain, you walk down to the beach into the bay and the water is beautiful with many fish. The rooms with the sea view are amazing

I would definitely recommend this hotel. My 2 children enjoyed it, there was plenty for them to both do at ages 10 and 14. My 14 year old was entertained with the animation team and my 10 year old loved the pools

They also felt safe to get their own drinks and food without supervision and I felt it was safe for them to do so. My 14 year old also made lots of friends and went around the resort with them a lot of them time too

People all very helpful and great. Kids enjoyed all the various activities. (Note the big double flume requires you to be over 12, over a certain height and also over 50kg

Which is quite big for a kid!) Food great, especially the a la cart places during the day and at night. Rooms a little dated, but worked perfectly for us

I enjoyed the walks but if you have bad knees, are a bit older or in a wheelchair this is not the place for you as the way up from the bay is quite steep

Swimming pools were nice and warm with plenty of towels and the waterpark was great fun with lots of slides. The bars are well stocked but a bit understaffed at times but it was very busy when we were there

It was very nice the aqua park was very big the beach was nice and the food was delicious. It is very nice when you like slides and water attractions. you can go to other places with a bus that is very close to the hotel

So well looked after the building and the grounds. The pools are fab, the aqua park is amazing!! The entertainment is great and the beach is literally at the end of the resort- 5 minute walk away

The hotel would benefit from a good games room like the one in the neighbouring hotel which had loads of pool tables, video games and small rides for children. Overall though a really nice hotel which I would recommend

We had a lovely holiday here in June although it was during a heatwave so it was 43° plus but the pool and air con made it bearable. The place was very clean everywhere and the gardens are beautiful

The staff and entertainment team were incredible! A couple of days out took being cleaned was missed but no problem as we were able to request fresh towels and water when we needed

been here 3 times now and i love it so much. It has everything you could ever need lots of drink variety and many nice bits of food. It has all the facilities you could ever need such as bars, pools and beach

Small tip, the WiFi is partly too weak so you do not have anywhere, especially the rooms are bad to no reach. You are very well looked after at the customers and that is important, so keep going

Kuştur was very accomodating and helpful with our family. Their service and rooms were great. The food was plentiful and delicious. The entertainment can use some help, but the kids had fun

Smaller pool ideal for people who like peace and quiet, we spent every day there, large pool provided many attractions if someone does not mind louder music and more people

It is sooo fun here, the good is good, the rooms are clean, the swimmingpool is awesome and the entertainment is the best. Everything is just cozy and good enough

Before coming to Kustur I was hesitant, but honestly it is one of the best and most affordable hotels I’ve been to. The entertainment is top notch and the food is amazing. A huge thanks to all of the entertainers as well

Great waterpark with different sections to suit all ages of children (and adults!). There’s an adults only pool but there were young children in there on occasion so the no under 16 rule needs to be enforced

The team work hard and brought a great deal of fun to the day with imaginative pool games. Nice beach area with plenty of sunbeds and shade

Massive main pool and a lovely activity pool where the animation team kept us entertained. The music plays all day and can be a bit too loud sometimes

There were fantastic DJ sets on two nights (almost full-on raves!!) with food and drinks and a great band on another night, plus the usual entertainment for children and adults in the auditorium

Staff were fabulous throughout the hotel. Rooms clean with towel changes every day if required. The beach side lunch area was good but the food could sometimes be cold. The main restaurant had great choice

This year we've been to this hotel for the 10th time in a row. Last year, our experience was a bit less than stellar. Fortunately, this year it has improved significantly, and we had another fantastic holiday

The iced coffee was delicious this year, and the children's party was so well organized. Bringing the ice cream downstairs was a great idea. We were also very grateful for our fruit bowl as a welcome gift

She even joins in karaoke, all the activities, and the club dance at any time. Even when she's alone with the team, this is her safe haven. This also allows us to enjoy ourselves even more

She went to the mini disco almost every night and stood in front of "Elsa" to follow her actions! She nailed the moves now. Would highly recommend this hotel for families

My 16-year-old daughter is always very shy, and with you, and thanks to the entire animation team, she feels more free and at ease here than anywhere else

Here, she can truly be herself and makes real friends with the girls on the team. The boys also include her in everything, and she feels safe with them

It’s practically impossible to get bored here unless you want to! The pool area and rooms are clean and well-kept. The beach is usually windy, but not many people go there anyway because the pool area is fantastic

The resort has a lovely splash play area, but the water is usually freezing there and the water pressure can be too much for children under 4-5 years. The baby splash pool is shaded and reasonably sized

There’s also a prayer room (mescid) located under the reception area, and wearing a swimsuit or burkini in the water is allowed

The pools are very clean, well maintained, there are different adult and children activities throughout the day

The food is amazing, lots of different dishes served daily, witha designated kids area where you also have kid friendly choices. The restaurant is huge, and the staff are very attentive

The stylish swim-up suites are only available for families with children aged 6 and above, which is good to know

We had a one week stay in the hotel and by far the animation team made it for my 2 year old and 4 year old! They loved the pools and the mini disco. We enjoyed our stay very much

It's an all in resort. Parking is free. Security at gate. Food is good. Except indoor pool closes early.

The croissants, scrambled eggs and toast at breakfast were wonderfully crispy and very good. Pita by the pool at noon was wonderful. The pizzas made by the beach were very thin and delicious

The staf was vey kind, there was dribks and smth to est all the time. Aquapark was very good. Very nice family hotel at all. Lifequards everywhere so kids can swim safely. Good place at all🥰

It takes 8 minutes by taxi from Kusadasi bus station. We reached the hotel for 50 TL. It is located right next to the women's beach. A great hotel in terms of location and view. The meals suited us very well

The desserts in the patisserie were quite satisfying. The fact that there is little meat for dinner may be a negative for some, but we were very satisfied with the food as we do not prefer meat

It was very nice to have 24/7 beverage service in the lobby bar and tea and coffee service on the terrace. The view from the room was very good. We did not have any problems with cleaning

In addition, there are alternatives such as pasta, hamburger, chicken, doner and fish upon request. We would also like to thank our friend İrem, who made us cocktails on the beach

I bought that room cheaper than all other local providers. This is the second time that I lived in trip. with services, possibilities, animations, sea (blue flag), Aquapark, foods, drinks, cleaning

Great food pools and beach Fish restaurant needs new management but the food is good.

My child and I caught an infection. The location is very large and spacious. There is a rink inside the hotel with a tractor that takes you to the sea and pool

It is an old 5star hotel. I have been there 7 years ago, and then they had only one pool. Now must be much better. The rooms are very nice. The animation was superb too. Unfortunately they do not have sand beach.

Historical , lovely atmosphere , silence city , wonderful weather , dreamy Aegean , nice staff , but not enough room service and finally suggest you If you want use all facilities the best time is summer . Enjoy it .

This hotel definitely not the 5 stars hotel. I had an issue with aircondition in my room and I asked to fix it several times, lastly after 2 days of chasing the guy on reception the repairman came and fix it

It’s absolutely amazing and every member of staff has been incredible and so welcoming, the food and drinks are incredible too

The food options were quite limited and repetitive which was a bit disappointing, especially when the picture and hotel description points at that the hotel has variety of food options the same goes for the desserts which were rarely tasty

So far I’m on my second day here and I can already say it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed at. I’ve seen previous reviews leaving negative comments about the place, but I can honestly say the hotel has zero faults

This hotel is quite basic, not a flashy 4-5 star. BUT the staff is nice (just be nice to them don't just demand like some of the Brits and Germans who drink beer for breakfast just because it's all inclusive

I believe that you create your own holiday with experience. You have to make it enjoyable. Therefore for me accommodation is never a big thing. What matters is what I do outside the hotel

The bar said it was 24 hours never stayed up long enough to find out and drinks ok but not really a drinker nowadays. Also the coffee shop was the best I have used experienced from any hotel that I can remember

Can’t fault this hotel we have had an amazing time at the Ramada golf resort. Staff are all friendly & keep kids entertained. The girls favourite night was the fire show & foam party they don’t want to leave

They do have shops on site but as normal expect to pay more, however not ridiculous prices on some things, my wife actually picked a handbag cheaper than the shops in town Overall a vey good hotel but could have great if it wasnt for the small let downs

Crazy sunbed reservation practices by guests, with sunbeds completely packed in around the small pools - far too small for a hotel with the people capacity. Pool also hugely cramped in peak afternoon heat

Just before relocation we met Banu! She saved B-Day of my sister! And it was really awesome! Very fast she solved all our problems! In a moment we had a new, good room and lots of compliments! They did surprise and served very beautiful table for the dinner in the terrace! If you will have any problems - go straight to her, don’t waste your time! This hotel is more for the adults and it is awesome...

We were there only from evening until early morning. The hammam is strange, small, but it is there. Karaoke and a show program for children. The pools were not working because it was raining

The best (most cost-effective) hotel in Turkey during the Spring Festival, no doubt about it! Located in the best location on the Kusadasi coast, 20 kilometers away from Ephesus, suitable for self-driving, super beautiful sea view, superb breakfast and dinner, and Turkish bath, you don't have to go out after checking in

There is a mountain top next to it where you can see the entire coast, but I think you can see it from the room. Tip, you must get a high floor sea view room!

The workers on the watersport stand are all scammers they wanted €500 for a boattrip of two hours and the hotel supermarket gives us different prices if they see that ur a tourist

The servers and the girls who make the drinks are super friendly people especially Seray & Busra were really nice. The swimming pool is not terrible but has a lot of hair in it

The hotel doesn’t have a real beach it’s man made u need to go in the water with a ladder. The lobby and the rooms do not have proper airconditioning

Although you can find filtered in the bar located in -1, it is not the best. *WiFi in rooms are at an additional cost. You can enter the sea by the cost through ladders

I have a lot to say about this hotel, the hotel on its own is really old and needs a lot of renovation. The food is terrible it has zero taste to it. More then 50% of the food is undercooked which lead for me to get sick

The food is also normal, cutlets, fish and chicken on the grill, on a Turkish day they were fed to satiety. From fruits peaches, watermelons, apples, oranges, cherries, nectarines. The room was clean, there was no noise

The beach is sandy, there were enough sunbeds for everyone. Now we are going there with the children

That's the best all inclusive hotel I've ever been. Me and my friend were there for 5 days and we are satisfied with the staff, they became our friends and we were going out together, so friendly people

We went out together on a disco and if we needed something to find they immediately was showing us. There was photographers who you can ask if you want a photosession when the sun is going down

Animation team looks like they really love their job which is the best feeling when you're being on a holiday and you're communicating with the staff

You can't get hungry because there is food all the time - you have snack bar, ice cream, gözleme (typical turkish food), restaurant every few hours

This does need addressing at this level of cost, the buildings do cast a lot of shade so not too many sunbeds in the sun

Also it now seems the norm for towels on the sunbeds at 07. 30 and left mostly empty till after dinner

In fact very secure hotel with good security, Ephesus is just few kilometres with a big history behind and nice villages with hand made wine

Lovely food - great range especially for vegetarians. Special shout out to Murat who was just amazing with my son who is a fussy eater. Nothing was too much trouble and he made pizza especially how he likes it

We were given a larger room, so that was a lovely surprise. 5 min taxi ride to the marina where there's plenty bars and restaurants. Only 200 Turkish lira for taxi from hotel, 5 euros

Absolutely loved this stay , this hotels caters for everyone, old , young , people with disabilities, fantastic staff always very friendly and willing to help , Dalmus is ideally located just outside the main entrance 85TL ( €2) to get to & from Kusadasi or Sulcuk ( Ephesus) approx 25 min spin in Kusadasi or 15 mins to Ephesus ( highly recommend) back to the hotel , rooms made up everyday , fridges...

Plenty of things for the children to do. 1 is a quiet pool which was great for my asd daughters although we loved the main pool with its music and different entertainment during the day

We had a garden room which was central to the pools and private beach, a 1 minute walk to each. A great variety of food at all meal times. Different entertainment each evening
