Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi, an IHG Hotel

Had a fantastic stay at this Holiday Inn for one night. Staff allowed late checkin and late checkout on prior request. Breakfast buffet was awesome - wide varieties of foods. Omelette station was great. Hotel staff was very helpful during our entire stay. Service available to arrange for the taxi. This hotel also has great views. We were able to seeing the mosque and the exhibition tower from our room.

We always love to stay in this hotel as everyone are so helpful from the valet,security,reception as well as housekeeping. They are all there in every needs you may ask. Rose manager on duty always makes a point that every issue we encountered will be fix immediately in a professional way.

First time at this hotel and overall it was a pleasant experience. Overall the Hotel was good, bed was nice and comfy and the rooms very clean. Breakfast had a wide choice on some nice on site places to eat and drink. The staff were very helpful and polite.

I travelled on business so the location was ideal for me but if you want access to the beach it’s probably not the best location. Overall a reasonably priced and good hotel

Our stay was unfortunately marred by a disappointing encounter with the security guard upon arrival. Despite ample parking available, the guard insisted we park outside with a noticeably hostile attitude. This unnecessary confrontation left a negative first impression. However, beyond this incident, the hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained. The room was clean, and the staff at the front desk were courteous during check-in. The amenities provided were satisfactory, and the location was convenient for our needs. Despite the initial setback with the security guard, I appreciated the efforts of the other hotel staff to ensure a pleasant stay. I hope the management addresses the behavior of the security personnel to prevent such incidents in the future, as it detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience.
I would like to bring to your attention that the carpet in the hallways emits an unpleasant odor. It would greatly enhance the overall experience for guests if the carpets were professionally cleaned or deodorized more regularly. This small improvement would contribute significantly to maintaining a fresh and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. Thank you for considering this suggestion to ensure a more enjoyable stay for all your guests.

The room was pretty decent, however the service and amenities are top notch. Housekeeping team were excellent where the wonderful lady cleans up and replaces all the things in the room every single day.

The breakfast buffet was quite extensive, we even had dinner at the buffet and it was amazing. Binah served us well at the restaurant, she was very polite, courteous and made sure we were comfortable for all the 4 days we stayed at the hotel.

I stayed a few days here to use my points and was received with nothing but top notch service. I do not remember the name of the manager that checked me in, but he said and did everything perfectly and with such respect and professionalism (including small talk, display of good gesture, etc)

I've stayed in many fine hotels around the world and know quality when I see one. Even the Four Seasons (just to make a comparison) could NOt have done a better job and this service goes a long way.

Internet connection was choppy due to the low signal and when i called the front desk for assistance for help, an IT technical appeared on my doorstep minutes and helped to resolve the situation. 5 out of 5 again.

Of course, this is an old hotel and I would be telling a lie if I said the rooms didn't need updating, but regardless of that, the hospitality rendered by the Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi was immaculate and I know who ever is managing the hotel and responsible for the overall management must be doing a fantastic job too! Please keep up the excellent work!

A few months ago, I had some sushi at Sushi San and to my surprise, the food was excellent!

Our stay was fantastic! The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Walking into this hotel it gives the feeling of space, openness, and light. The restaurant staff are exceptionally nice, willing to spend a few minutes of their time chatting with each guest to ensure that they are comfortable.
The highlights of this property are definitely the staff and ambience.

Negi set up everything for us. She is one of the best receptionists I’ve ever met. We arrived from the airport and she kept our luggage and gave us the possibility to do the check up earlier. Our suitcases came directly to the room and everything was so clean. We will stay here again!
