Of particular note was Tesya at the coffee bar in the lobby, who fixed me up with Karak Chai and was very knowledgeable about all sorts of tea. She’s a real gem amongst baristas.
Khadija and her colleagues in the dining room, plus many others, too numerous to mention by name. Each made the experience excellent with little moments of attention and attitude. Hyatt and Andaz have done a marvellous job. The bar prices are a little insane, but given the state of everything else, I highly recommend staying here.
The pool and the gym are most adequate for all practical business purposes. A lovely spa with a steam room is well done if I had my druthers, and came here to Abu Dhabi again, this is where I'd want to stay. Thanks to all for looking after my colleagues and me for all this time. We do appreciate it.
The rooms are spacious, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, offering panoramic views of the city. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, making every part of the stay seamless. Dining at the hotel was exceptional, with diverse options and beautifully presented dishes.

Loved everything about this place the vibe, the ambience, and the overall energy is just unmatched. The venue is absolutely stunning, perfect for a relaxed evening or a fun night out. Special shoutout to Vaishnavi from the staff she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better.
Highly recommend visiting if you’re in Abu Dhabi! Will definitely be coming back.
