Perfect Getaway. We booked on the Yas Island offer. Rooms were apt and got an upgrade too. Breakfast was amazing. A small spread but everything was available what we needed. The quality of ingredients was good. Team & Chefs at Cyan were friendly and accommodating. The Andaz vibe was awesome - chic & elegant. Will definitely be back soon.

i booked my room via Yas Island website , i had ruff time to get what i was promised at the website which is (kids go FREE) unfortunately when i arrived after a very long drive ...the receptionist informed me that i need to pay extra charge for the extra bed!!!!and after a very long and exhausting discussion ....i paid the amount 😣calling Yas Island concierge was very frustrating 👎🏻and waist of time....then i went to the room and i found that it is a king bed (i requested for a twin bed during the booking process )again i went back to the reception and i found Mrs.Joan the front office manager (SHE IS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL )she helped me to shift to the requested room and she refunded me the amount which i really appreciate 👏🏼thank you Joan 💐

What a stunning hotel! The architectural design and rooms are perfection. The roof top pool and spa area was relaxing. The breakfast selection was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. This is one of my favorite hotels I’ve visited.

This hotel is in a very cool building! Very trippy on the inside. We checked in late due to flights and the staff member was incredibly nice. The rooms were nice, very modern, comfortable bed. The shower was great and there was a large bathtub with a view. The location is central to the capital but not to any of the tourist attractions.

The room size was good. The bathtub is amazing, the view was nice. Would I come again? Yes if the price was same as what I got

You have to get 2 elevators to reach your floor and during my stay the water was shut down for 3 hours they noticed us right after we checked in but how is that helping me I paid for 5 stars services. To be fare they all are nice but still it didn’t match my expectations.

I stayed with my family for a vacation here. We had an amazing stay. The hotel amazed us with it's architecture. The rooms were so clean and the view was beautiful. Kudos to all the staff. They were all amazing in their jobs. My son really enjoyed the pool. It was really a peaceful vacation for us all. Looking forward to staying again soon.

We had an amazing stay at Andaz Capital Gate 5* Hotel ! We loved the fact that this hotel has a Guinness world record !
It's a bit far away from some places but it's also actually in the middle of everything which makes the taxis fees equal to anywhere we been.
I'd like to make a big shout-out to Hanna who worked at the breakfast during our stay and who made us feel really special. We re French and she used her French skills to makes us feel more comfortable, so thank you Hanna for that. It changed everything us.

Excellent service and very good staff. The first staff I met was Mr Kumar at the Concierge, who was immensely helpful throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to arrange car, pick up and drop luggage always with smiling face. He and other staff at the hotel made my stay memorable.

Hotel architecture & structure is mind blowing, it makes you surprise with its hight and tilted design.
Location is also convenient to reach Mosque or Ferrari world or Yas Island or airport.
Service wise it’s not as expected but overall it’s beautiful
