This new and modern hotel is located close to the centre of Abu Dhabi city in an exclusive area. All rooms and suites are decorated in a modern style.

Located on the street named after Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed, a 15-minute drive from downtown Abu Dhabi, 12 km from Marina Mall, 25 km from the international airport of Abu Dhabi.
Consists of a multistory building.
Only 361 room. There are non-Smoking.
Beach: public sandy beach, 6 km from the hotel (3 coastline). Entrance in the sea: the sandy (beach of Al Bateen, the entrance to the beach is free). The length of the beach 700 m.
The hotel has Russian speaking staff.

One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which was nothing short of spectacular. The variety and quality of the offerings were impressive, and every dish was crafted to perfection. It was a delightful way to start each day of my stay.
Overall, my experience at Novotel Abu Dhabi Al Bustan was remarkable, and I look forward to returning in the future. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious stay with top-notch service and an unforgettable dining experience.

Although the rooms are well equipped & and have well designed washrooms with all basic requirements.
Service is very poor & and requires proper attention to handle the customer requirements as & when it occurs.
Lack of Meet & Greet feels while interacting with their hotel staff.
I have found my room access card inactive & all we went to the reception area from the room since we came directly from the parking area ( after coming from the hectic outside schedule), it was told us that this is normal situation occurs . How Novotel expects that the hotel keys can be suddenly dysfunctional & and their guests should be prepared to coordinate on it that too without justification & in a manner as it should require to do so.
Really disappointed with such an act as the staff shows no courtesy to express any regret on such instances.
Need to improve their customer service to keep their guests happy & to ensure they visit again.
Overall good place & nice location with rooms are spacious & having good bathroom facilities.
However, upon our arrival, the experience quickly turned disappointing. The receptionist was far from welcoming. Firstly, we were incorrectly informed that our room had not been paid for. This was followed by a claim that the room type we had booked was unavailable due to the hotel being fully booked. Surprisingly, after some back and forth, the room we had reserved suddenly became available.
After a long journey, we were exhausted and eager to settle in, but the room was a major letdown. It was the smallest hotel room I've ever encountered, with beds so tiny that I was genuinely concerned about falling off during the night. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities such as coffee, towels and hand soap which should be a standard provision!
To make matters worse, our luggage did not arrive in our room even after 20 minutes. I had to personally return to the reception, where the staff's unfriendly demeanor persisted, to request coffee and ensure our bags were brought up. And don’t get me started on the cleanliness.
Overall, my experience at Novotel Al Bustan so far is extremely disappointing. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the multiple inconveniences we faced. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The rooms themselves were disappointingly basic, with furniture showing signs of neglect such as stains and chipped wood. The breakfast offered was average, and basic amenities such as disposable water bottles were not provided for guests.
Ultimately, our experience fell far short of expectations, and we regretted spending money on this property. Its distant location from the city center necessitated lengthy taxi rides of at least 30 minutes to reach any desired destination. We would not recommend this place to others.

1) Has multiple pools, all warmed.
2) Staff asked for feedback, very welcoming, very helpful, all staff including the housekeepers and parking staff were helpful and accommodating - Only negative is not enough staff to deal with customers.
3) The location is great, parking & valet parking were great.
4) The food was outstanding, wish they had more varieties but it was great, the chef is amazing.
5) Rooms were 4/5 sound proof, you can still hear some noise outside, but overall its reasonable.
