Front desk: Dispite the hectic pace required to check-in, check-out, and assist guests, the staff was polite,helpful and moved with intention.
Housekeeping: Detailed, professional and consistent during my stay. Zero issues.
Facilities: I did have to go to the front desk a couple times to reset my room key card. I advise to keep it way for anything. Keep in completely separate pocket. Very sensitive. The gym, sauna and pool area were kept clean. Not to big, to small perfect way to remain in shape and relax during my stay
Service was great. The operator and room service were very accomodating.
Location was great, we went out for dinner and we passby a nearby mall. So its close to places

Breakfast buffet - was good. There were options but could have been nice if there was like soup or like porridge to warm up the body. My friend was a rice eater and it was not available but the chef was kind to give her. Michelle the server was also friendly and asked what we need, prepared coffee for us.
We went out to get some sun at the M floor and the receptionist and lifeguard were also friendly and accomodating when we asked something.
Overall it was a great stay. Would definitely come back and recommend.
A huge shoutout to the housekeeping team for their hard work and attention to detail. Every day, they made sure my room was in top shape. Special thanks to Supervisor Farhan and his team — their dedication and professionalism really made a difference in my stay. You can tell they genuinely care about the guests' experience.

However, the breakfast was not so great, leaving a bit to be desired in terms of variety and quality. For those looking to enjoy the hotel's nightlife, the club opens at 12:00 and features Arabic music.
Overall, a solid choice for its location and service, though improvements could be made to the breakfast offering.
