The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.
Specially Chaima did an amazing job with being so hospitable and gentle towards me. The team was professional, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them!

Housekeeping staff Yogi, Milan and supervisor Jeet Singh do a great job in our room every day. Always they are in good mode, helpful and cooperative. I would be glad to have often a team of staff like this !

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel, The housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile, which truly made us feel welcome.Room has been cleaned well and gave a outstanding service.Thank you so much housekeeping team. Their professionalism and genuine care for guests' needs were evident in every interaction, from check-in to check-out. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, providing outstanding and well cleaned and a pleasant environment that made our stay memorable.

I had an excellent stay, and one of the highlights of my visit was the outstanding service provided by Amy at the reception desk. From the moment I arrived, Amy greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine eagerness to help. She made the check-in process smooth and efficient, answering all my questions with patience. Thankfully, she provided me fantastic restaurant recommendations and even helped me book a last-minute tour.

We are couple from Indonesia, honestly Novotel branch in our country never catch our attention, but this Novotel in Abu Dhabi Al-Bustan really got our heart. Their services are top notch! They always on time on everything we ordered by phone, we want extra towels and mineral waters then they will come in no time. Very superb service! Also, their breakfast is really good to enjoy although we stayed here for 6 days, there were not much variance for the breakfast, but we do love it and their waiters especially Maya from Nepal is really got our attention. She serves us so politely and cheerful. Thank you Novotel Abu Dhabi Al-Bustan, surely we will come back next time 😄

Pleasant stay as always! All the staff is polite, kind and courteous, ready to assist with whatever you need! Rooms are clean and overall stay was great!

As a loyal guest of Accor, we planned to stay at Novotel Al bust an and the stay was phenomenal. Staffs were very attentive and ready to help. The room was very neat and clean with good and fresh aroma. Bathroom had fresh smell and hygienic. Breakfast was awesome. Would be back soon. Thumps up to cleaning team

Location is nice and friendly staff. Even though they are under a lot of renovation all of them are trying to give their best to meet out needs. Thank you Ms. Lara for your patience and guiding us going to swimming pool area. We appreciate it. We will come back again and I hope everything will be fine soon.

The hotel is good & they serve good breakfast .
Although the rooms are well equipped & and have well designed washrooms with all basic requirements.
Service is very poor & and requires proper attention to handle the customer requirements as & when it occurs.
Lack of Meet & Greet feels while interacting with their hotel staff.
I have found my room access card inactive & all we went to the reception area from the room since we came directly from the parking area ( after coming from the hectic outside schedule), it was told us that this is normal situation occurs . How Novotel expects that the hotel keys can be suddenly dysfunctional & and their guests should be prepared to coordinate on it that too without justification & in a manner as it should require to do so.
Really disappointed with such an act as the staff shows no courtesy to express any regret on such instances.
Need to improve their customer service to keep their guests happy & to ensure they visit again.
Overall good place & nice location with rooms are spacious & having good bathroom facilities.
