Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi Downtown, an IHG Hotel

My recent stay at the hotel was marked by its commendable cleanliness and budget-friendly pricing, making it a solid choice for travelers seeking a comfortable yet affordable accommodation option in the middle of the city. The rooms were well-maintained and spotless, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness that exceeded my expectations.

However, one notable problem was the delay in valet service, with a particular incident involving a rude valet attendant who displayed unprofessional behavior by yelling and falsely claiming to have lost my key. To avoid such incidents, I recommend calling the valet at least 15-20 minutes before requiring your car.

Additionally, upon check-in, I noticed a significant presence of mosquitoes in the lobby area, which was a concerning issue that affected the initial impression of the hotel. The prevalence of mosquitoes can be off-putting to guests and may require attention from the hotel management to address this pest-related issue promptly.

Despite these challenges, the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and affordability remains its standout feature. With a focus on maintaining pristine accommodations at a reasonable cost, the hotel offers great value for money to guests looking for a budget-friendly stay. By addressing the service issues and pest control concerns, the hotel has the potential to provide an even more enjoyable experience for future guests.

Everything was very good, starting from the easy checkin that took less than 5 mins, and everyone was smiling at your face and keep asking if you need anything to make your accommodation better
I was booking a king deluxe room, they upgraded mine to junior Suite room
The breakfast has a variety of items that suits all types vegetarians and non vegetarians
The swimming pool is a bit small, but very clean and they offer towels with showers and changing rooms.
The hotel also has a gym with variety of equipment.
At last the hotel was very good and i highly recommend visiting the place for your short stays.

Great customer service. From the reception (Ms Diksha) is very accommodating and helpful. From food and beverage section (Sankar and Prince) they are very helpful. Housekeeping their services are very fast. Hope next time they will have swimming pool for the kids. Overall, we have a great stay in this hotel.

The Hotel and location were excellent. The staff was accommodating, kind and professional too (special mention Mr. Allan (Filipino National), always smiling. He gives good vibes to us). The room was good and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room facilities were more than enought. Good Services.

Room was quiet, and Krishna provided the best service keeping it clean and comfortable. He was very attentious and did the extra miles so that our stay could be really pleasant. It was really nice to meet him, thanks you. All the staff was very nice, I stayed for eight nights and and I recommend it , and I will be back. The pool was a plus I did not expect to enjoy do much, I went everyday,and I did not use the gym, but my husband did, everyday. See you all soon!

Have been staying here for many times during my business trip, long term mostly. Location right in downtown, many restaurants and shops in walking distance. Staff are always smiling and ready to help, great hospitality. Especially Allan is always going extra mile to make each and every guest feel home. As well as other staff are extremely polite. Highly recommended hotel for family and solo. Will be back again

Breakfast is valuable, you can find out here everything, even coffee and tea is cool and cookies excellent! I really recommend. The stuff is so polite and friendly, especially Shankar. Great vacation!

Stayed at this hotel for couple of days. The stay was really nice and comfortable.
The room service was great. Kamal did a fantastic job of keeping my room clean to the fullest, and always asking if I need anything. He was always keen to keep the rooms clean and made sure that the guests were really comfortable. Definitely 5 star service !
Room was clean and quiet, which is necessary for restful sleep on any trip.

Awesome service special mention Mr. Allan supervisor, he also support me to find the car rental service. the breakfast is delicious The staff, are very accomodating, was exceptional and extremely attentive and friendly the entire time! Room is clean and has everything you need. Location is good, just short rides to many attractions. Will come back and recommend my friends to stay here!
