I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at Grand Millennium Al Wahda. While most of the services have been excellent and I am generally very satisfied, I was disappointed to learn that the hotel does not clean the dishes used in the apartment as part of the housekeeping service. I was informed that this is due to hotel policy.
If guests are required to clean their own dishes, I would suggest providing proper cleaning supplies in the apartment to make this task easier. This small addition would certainly improve the guest experience.

Though the stay was great anyways.
We had a car and ended up using both the valet and parking options. All the staff including room service, the porters, maintenance and valets were friendly and very helpful.
Attached to a shopping mall made life easier as you could walk into the mall and get jobs done whether it was hiring a car, buying from ikea, getting clothes, food or shopping for groceries, the close proximity was very useful.
The hotel is located in a busy area close to the bus station and the stadium but you get to experience downtown.
