We had a car and ended up using both the valet and parking options. All the staff including room service, the porters, maintenance and valets were friendly and very helpful.
Attached to a shopping mall made life easier as you could walk into the mall and get jobs done whether it was hiring a car, buying from ikea, getting clothes, food or shopping for groceries, the close proximity was very useful.
The hotel is located in a busy area close to the bus station and the stadium but you get to experience downtown.

Greatest service ever that I have witnessed in the UAE. The staff is PERFECTION! The location is awesome as Al Wadha mall is a hop and a skip away, and caters to all your needs.
Love to the Chefs who took special care of me and the waiters and housekeeping (who put up with my untimely hours due to a crazy work schedule). The breakfast routine was my happy place. I miss you and can't wait to be back soon 💓.
The welcome has not been great from the receptionist. We booked from Booking and everything was pretty clear in the booking details but at the reception nothing was considered and everything was to be paid as an extra (extra bed, breakfast etc).
But magically, following our insistence, everything was correctly retrieved from the booking.
Apart from that, we stayed only one night and it was enough. It’s a five star hotel but the furnitures are old.
With regards to breakfast, the sweet products seemed not to be 100% fresh because most of the guests prefer a salty breakfast.
Staffs are very accomodating and polite. Lots of our requests were made in a reasonable time. Plenty of security personnel which is great because that means the customers’ safety is their priority.
They are also very generous in giving late check outs which is a top notch because that means more time to rest in their comfy beds 😌
