I stayed for 15 days during my business trip. The rooms were very comfortable. I enjoyed the delicious and variety of breakfast each morning and the staffs are so helpful at the breakfast lounge. Rizalyn and other receptionists were so welcoming and supportive throughout my stay.

My wife and I are the blessed parents of an awesome kid with special needs. I wish to give a special thanks to Rhea who received us with the warmest welcome on arrival last Saturday. Rhea was diligent and applied in arranging the details for our son and for the rest of the family. We recommend this place, for their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond to make every body feel welcome, including kids with special needs

Rizalyn is so attentive to details and very accommodating. She has been very helpful from the time we checked in until we checked out. I also would like to commend the housekeeping team for the fast service and accurately caters to our needs as a family. Kudos to the staff of Park Inn! You guys are great!

Rizalyn from reception is very accommodating and helpful. Ayesha from the breakfast buffet was very warm and welcoming. We loved our stay and love the staff. They are the reason we would come back.

I used to love this hotel, but my recent experiences have been very disappointing. As a regular customer, I was shocked when they replaced the old staff with new employees who are unwelcoming and unhelpful. They don't seem open to receiving any feedback or comments.
It feels like we are not welcome there, and it seems like we are visiting someone's home rather than a respectful hotel. The staff always seem upset, and even in the lobby, I witnessed their treatment of visitors' requests or requirements, which creates a really negative atmosphere. I have noticed this for more than 4 months, but I wanted to give them a chance before I judged. I hope you take this note seriously because it used to be a comfortable hotel.

It was a great time to stay here. Bus service to all parks is absolutely free. Staff, food, location and it self Hotel is very good. Breakfast is complimentary, delicious, and tons of food including.

We stayed there during last eid holiday. We are family of 4, one kid is 7 years old and one is 3 years old. We booked one room with king bed and requested an extra bed. It's more than enough for us. The hotel has free bus to the theme parks and Yas mall. You can buy the theme park tickets in the hotel. We had fun in the parks and relaxed in the hotel. The hotel has swimming pools, for kids and for adults. They provide two free bottle water every day. The breakfast is amazing, there are bread, eggs, meat, yogurt, juice, noodles, fried rice, milk. fruits and everything you want. The service is also good, no matter reciption or room service. I can't remember the name of the staff, maybe Naresh in 3rd floor, very nice guy, always responses within 10 min. I have left a review on booking, but here again, Strong Recommendation!

I came for a family vacation.the hotel was packed with families who were for sure excited and loud so it's not for the ones who wants to relax but it had great location near yas mall, warner bother and other facilities in Yas island.
The reception was intuitive while she did a fast chack-in and when we tried to settle we noticed the bad trench smell of the smoke. She immediately attended our concerns and change the room to a clean one in the same level without delay. One more thing, I would like to thank the lady in the mint restaurant during breakfast time she is amazing dealing with all this hussle!

My stay at Park Inn by Radisson was fantastic! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any requests specially to Rizalyn and Benedict at front desk. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and walking distance to Yas Bay. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options to start the day off right. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Park Inn by Radisson to anyone visiting the area.
