Villaggio Hotel Abu Dhabi

BEWARE!!! PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR RATINGS!!!!

This is the worst hotel in Abu Dhabi! They claim they are a 4-star hotel, but when you are there it’s not even close!!!! This hotel is more pricey than the 5-star hotels in Abu Dhabi city, they’re not worth every penny because the room stinks, outdated and veryyy dirty, especially the bathroom (pls refer to the pic attached). Never ever think about booking your stay here especially if you come with family or friends because they will really really give you too much stress by asking for your ID a lot!!! Calling and knocking at your door, even though you already scanned your ID. It’s like you are being monitored around when you go in and out of your room in a group, a security will once again knock at your door asking if everyone has scanned their ID. They don’t have any consideration and the staff at the reception and the manager, all have terrible customer service and not helpful at all. Absolutely do not recommend this hotel 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

WORST HOTEL!!!! first time and probably last time highly not recomended!
Only this hotel are looking for money u are not allowed to accept visitors We understood in every room allow only for 4 to 5 person and they will scan the IDs.But we are not allowed to more than that and we anot allowed to accept more than 8 person for the 2 rooms that we booked.The only option for us is to book again another 1 room even we asked and begging them they will not sleep and stay in the hotel.And the last thing happen after 10 pm we book 3 rooms for nothinggggggg....coz no one will sleep to the 2 rooms coz we are only 5 person including 1 kid will stay overnight.This hotel is only looking for money....this is not our first time but some hotel they let us to accept visitors but not to stay.The stafff are very rude...not friendly...very strict but the rooms are dirty..the bed had smell the towels not good smells...bathrooms the floors lots of black stain.Thye are only minding the countheads for u to book another room yes its totally bussiness.NO HUMANITY,.NO Consideration..NO lift u need to bring all your stuff using the stairs going to 3rd floor imagine that..GREEDY hotel.We pay 3 rooms to experinced stress..Never Ever will come back and Never recomended for family occasions.We are very disappointed!!!!!!!

“TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND BAD ATTITUDE”

The hotel looks good from the outside with the pool area. We thought it’s the perfect venue to celebrate the holiday with my family. The rooms we had are spacious, unfortunately their amenities are the little things in life that makes you uncomfortable to stay. Add to that several staffs are very unprofessional & inconsiderate that makes us seriously degraded.

We booked a standard room.
The website states a hotel as four star and the photos looked nice as well.
But upon arrival we found there is no valet as in any other 4*hotels.
There is no hotel parking even,my car was parked overnight at a public parking on the street.
Which was already not as expected.
After a long day we didn't had any power fir searching another place and checked in.
We've got a very dusty room, the bedding furniture and pillow were smelling unfresh and dusty, making sleep unpleasant.
The shower curtain, made of fabric seemed to be washed and cleaned ages ago.
Disgusting smell,coming out of the shower and not touching it was a whole story.
Clearly not a 4 star, not in service nor product.
Outdated room's ,furniture, hotel amenities, and the cleanliness an maintenance making it even worse.
