Me doing early check in no rooms available, gave them an option of if someone checks out we will check in but then he said 1 hour clean and we've been waiting then he comes tell us oh i mean we wont guarantee if the room will be clean in 1 hr..??? I mean come on so we waited in the lobby and we are not sure when we will enter.
2. Parking???? No vallet provided and no parking i had to park by myself in the other street and walk for 7mins to the hotel.
The rooms are extremely outdated, there is a constant smell of cigarettes in the hallway. The beds are not comfortable, the valet parking is a joke as we almost missed out flight because in the morning the person doing the valet has not started his shift yet. On top of it, we got a fine because we parked in a parking space in front of the hotel that we thought belonged to the hotel as there is nothing else in that area.
The only extra star is for the housekeeping as they try their best and are very friendly. Please update the hotel to the 2025 standards.
Hoping their management will take action of their hotel staff attitude and conduct.
