Might not have the panache or grandiosity of its more illustrious city counterparts but value for money this hotel must rank at or near the top. Clean, tidy and supremely attended to by its amiable staff make this a thoroughly enjoyable place to stay. Breakfast was excellent and, all-in-all, an Emirati gem.

Too low costumer service specially “vianca” the receptionist .we booked non smoking room but she give us room so badly smell.immediately we go down..not even informed us this is smoking room.then suddenly she said okay we will blocked the booking so you can get the non smoking room.we are not stupid for her reason..what she think of us?just accept where ever she want us ?

"Happy to be back at Al Ain Palace! This time, I'm enjoying a quiet and clean room on the first floor with a lovely city view. The room was perfect for relaxation, but I needed a bit more light to work on a project. The staff promptly addressed my request, and the maintenance team kindly replaced the bulbs with brighter ones. I truly appreciate their attentiveness. Thank you, Al Ain Palace!"

This hotel is a shame. The worst I have ever stayed. I can’t understand their score. Very old, shower minuscule, you can feel the carpet right on arrival. Our allergies got bad. The breakfast is not good for the price they charge, soggy croissant and pastries. The dinner was ok but sooo lazy. And the worst, in my opinion, while I was taking shower with my daughter at gym space, a man, from staff just entered the room. A real shame!

This hotel is one of the oldest in the city, however it is maintained very well. The lobby is upgraded and connected to several popular restaurants and bars.
The rooms are a bit small and dark but clean and well maintained.
The staff is caring and kind.
The hotel is home to large sports gym and padel rooms as well as indoor jacuzzi that are not upgraded but maintained. On the other hand, guests have access to the recreation facilities and large yard of neighbouring 5* The Royal Meridien Hotel.
The rooms are a bit small and dark but clean and well maintained.

My mom and my godmother checked in yesterday late evening. Everyone is super polite. Anjelica from reception was so sweet and professional. The room is quite nice. The location is also very central, close to everything with taxi.

Being staying in his hotel for about a month. Reception good. Upgraded room for first 3 days. Since then staying in a standard room which is also a comfortable room. Housekeeping extremely good. Here special mention is to be made of housekeeping of Ms 54Josephine who did her job well of keeping the room perfectly clean. Also the other staff Ms Myat who did her job well too. Only problem is parking for long stay. There is only paid parking available.The stay has been very good so far and would recommend the hotel to anyone. Good value for money and excellent location.

Unprofessional service , especialy if the manegment is reading all the other commemts and still same service. I have a voucher to upgrade my room and for them not to give to me they said i had to prebook for it , but unfortunatly i did and i have the recording that they said I have to show.up on same date to do it. Once I arrived on spot to vail it , they said the opposite and the manager said sorry and left . Bad service at all

It was my worst experience ever! First of all they don’t have valet parking, second is you have to park in the paid parkings and pay your self which is not mentioned in any website or even by the hotel until arrival and the parkings were full all the time, secondly the room was awful it looked cheap the bedding was not that clean, the shower is small and doesn’t fit me a small sized person. I was thankful that i had a busy schedule and didn’t stay except for sleeping.
