My husband and I stayed there on a 24 hour stopover between flights and we were really pleased. We arrived in the middle of the night, but it wasn't a problem at all and they were ready for us and made us feel valued right away. Our room was amazing, very comfortable, spacious and clean. When the time came for us to checkout, they were very helpful calling us a taxi.

Absolutely wonderful and amazing hotel, especially for the price a really good value! Wish I could give it more than five stars! The rooms are super clean and spacious. Wi-Fi worked very well. The swimming pool is stunning and beautiful skyline view at night when swimming! They have a jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, and a cold water bath, all kept very clean! The workout gym is absolutely huge with everything you need for your workout! Also have a racquetball court. This is undoubtedly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and for a very budget friendly price. My highest recommendation, especially for the value and amenities! If this information was helpful, please give this review a like thumbs up!

Wonderful staff! Nimasang and Vianca and Sujatha especially were outstanding in their support and quick responses and flexibility with early check-in, Tourism and restaurant recommendations. Room is pretty big. Huge double bed, Clean bathrooms. One of the best Arabic coffee on welcome. Walkable distance from Corniche Beach (15 minutes). Many vegetarian restaurants nearby (Kathiawad and Sangam especially). Fantastic hotel, facilities and staff. Look forward to staying here many more times!

Might not have the panache or grandiosity of its more illustrious city counterparts but value for money this hotel must rank at or near the top. Clean, tidy and supremely attended to by its amiable staff make this a thoroughly enjoyable place to stay. Breakfast was excellent and, all-in-all, an Emirati gem.

Too low costumer service specially “vianca” the receptionist .we booked non smoking room but she give us room so badly smell.immediately we go down..not even informed us this is smoking room.then suddenly she said okay we will blocked the booking so you can get the non smoking room.we are not stupid for her reason..what she think of us?just accept where ever she want us ?

"Happy to be back at Al Ain Palace! This time, I'm enjoying a quiet and clean room on the first floor with a lovely city view. The room was perfect for relaxation, but I needed a bit more light to work on a project. The staff promptly addressed my request, and the maintenance team kindly replaced the bulbs with brighter ones. I truly appreciate their attentiveness. Thank you, Al Ain Palace!"

This hotel is a shame. The worst I have ever stayed. I can’t understand their score. Very old, shower minuscule, you can feel the carpet right on arrival. Our allergies got bad. The breakfast is not good for the price they charge, soggy croissant and pastries. The dinner was ok but sooo lazy. And the worst, in my opinion, while I was taking shower with my daughter at gym space, a man, from staff just entered the room. A real shame!

This hotel is one of the oldest in the city, however it is maintained very well. The lobby is upgraded and connected to several popular restaurants and bars.
The rooms are a bit small and dark but clean and well maintained.
The staff is caring and kind.
The hotel is home to large sports gym and padel rooms as well as indoor jacuzzi that are not upgraded but maintained. On the other hand, guests have access to the recreation facilities and large yard of neighbouring 5* The Royal Meridien Hotel.
The rooms are a bit small and dark but clean and well maintained.
