Saadiyat Rotana Resort and Villas

We had the pleasure of visiting Saadiyat Rotana Resort and Villas during the Eid Al Adha holidays. Our stay was truly enjoyable, thanks to the resort’s stunning views and services. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and we look forward to visit again. A special thanks to Mr. Masthan, whose courteous and efficient support with valet parking truly stood out. His attention to detail and warm demeanor made the arrival & exit experience smooth and pleasing. I would also like to commend Mr. Girri for his outstanding support throughout our stay. His professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made a positive difference, and we truly felt well taken care of. A big Thank you:)

Had an absolute fantastic experience here. All the staff were so incredibly nice, the hotel grounds were amazing as well. Definitely recommend this hotel. I couldn’t believe the hotel buffet breakfast even had avocado! Never seen that before at a buffet breakfast. Delicious

My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The rooms were spotless, the atmosphere was great, and every detail was well cared for. The hotel is more than wonderful and is an ideal place to spend unforgettable family holidays. The hotel beach is distinctive, picturesque, very clean, and has a wonderful view of the Arabian Gulf. The sunset view there is sarcastic and breathtaking. Special thanks to the wonderful staff for their kindness, professionalism, and dedication. Their outstanding service and hospitality made my experience truly unforgettable. What is amazing about the hotel is the number of beautiful and diverse birds that will come to your room every morning to share the beauty of the view and place and play with you. This is something I have not encountered anywhere else I have visited around the world. I really miss those wonderful and beautiful birds. The hotel staff is a distinguished international staff from many nationalities around the world, and you feel as if you are surrounded by a professional international team from the United Nations. The hotel is located in Saadiyat Island, with complete hardware facilities, friendly service staff, and a great beach with beach chairs and beds. Ice buckets and free bottled water are provided on the beach. Everything is great and I will stay in your hotel again!

We went to their Saturday brunch at Sim Sim last Saturday and had a great time! The food was outstanding and such a huge variety of dishes and cuisines. My family visiting throughly enjoyed themselves and Kennedy was very attentive and friendly and made sure we were well looked after! Can’t wait to go back on Christmas Day! 5 stars 🤩

This is the fifth time we have stayed at this hotel and we will be happy to come back again. As always, everything was great. We were glad to see familiar faces who greeted us with love as often. We would like to mention the waiters and chefs of the restaurant Sim-Sim who fulfilled all our wishes. And special thanks to the best chef Rod and to waiters Ismail and Meljohn.

We had wonderful and relaxing holidays in the hotel. There were a lot of excellent moments but two of them are must to highlight.
The food and the service in the Turtle Bay Bar & Grill was fantastic. I really recommend to have dinner there.
There were a lot of good service people on the pool but one of them had top all other with his extraordinary client service behavior. His name was Peter and he did more as a brilliant job.

We‘re just checking out and are really sad to leave. This was one of our best hotel experiences ever. There‘s literally nothing we could recommend making better; staff is super nice, rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, breakfast is just great, beautiful pool area and the beach and the color of the water are just amazing. We‘ll definitely come back.

All staff very warm, friendly and personable. Than lovely and helpful in the restaurant.

1 issue we had was when i called before our stay to tell them I would be proposing they said there was nothing they could to do extra to make the stay special. This was disappointing considering the amount spent for the stay.

We made it special for ourselves but would have appreciated some advice or just a little touch to make it extra magical. Maybe something to consider

Whether I was at the pool or in the lobby, Hamid was always there with a warm smile, ready to assist with anything I needed. His professionalism and dedication to ensuring guests have a memorable stay are truly commendable.
