We went to their Saturday brunch at Sim Sim last Saturday and had a great time! The food was outstanding and such a huge variety of dishes and cuisines. My family visiting throughly enjoyed themselves and Kennedy was very attentive and friendly and made sure we were well looked after! Can’t wait to go back on Christmas Day! 5 stars 🤩

This is the fifth time we have stayed at this hotel and we will be happy to come back again. As always, everything was great. We were glad to see familiar faces who greeted us with love as often. We would like to mention the waiters and chefs of the restaurant Sim-Sim who fulfilled all our wishes. And special thanks to the best chef Rod and to waiters Ismail and Meljohn.

We had wonderful and relaxing holidays in the hotel. There were a lot of excellent moments but two of them are must to highlight.
The food and the service in the Turtle Bay Bar & Grill was fantastic. I really recommend to have dinner there.
There were a lot of good service people on the pool but one of them had top all other with his extraordinary client service behavior. His name was Peter and he did more as a brilliant job.

We‘re just checking out and are really sad to leave. This was one of our best hotel experiences ever. There‘s literally nothing we could recommend making better; staff is super nice, rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, breakfast is just great, beautiful pool area and the beach and the color of the water are just amazing. We‘ll definitely come back.

Wonderful stay and the perfect place for our engagement.
All staff very warm, friendly and personable. Than lovely and helpful in the restaurant.
1 issue we had was when i called before our stay to tell them I would be proposing they said there was nothing they could to do extra to make the stay special. This was disappointing considering the amount spent for the stay.
We made it special for ourselves but would have appreciated some advice or just a little touch to make it extra magical. Maybe something to consider

I had an outstanding experience during my stay at Saadiyat Rotana Hotel, and much of that is thanks to Hamid. Whether I was at the pool or in the lobby, Hamid was always there with a warm smile, ready to assist with anything I needed. His professionalism and dedication to ensuring guests have a memorable stay are truly commendable. Hamid went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and I greatly appreciated his attention to detail and kindness. Thank you, Hamid, for making my stay so enjoyable. I look forward to returning!

Sylvia who at the coffee bar near the reception. They all were amazing and looked after us everyday. I could not fault this hotel and service. Everyone working at the hotel couldn’t do enough for us. I’ve stayed at many hotels in my holiday and this was far the best experience in term of hospitality. Will miss all the staff there. Can’t wait to return again.

Saadiyat Rotana, you’re beauty!!!!
Stayed 3 nights with kids and enjoyed a lot. Excellent facilities and services. Pool, water park, beach access - all were great.
Bakery items at the breakfast buffet need improvement. Rotana has been the best in producing in-house croissants, danish, English cakes, etc. I guess these are now bought-baked and therefore don’t look / taste great.
Had meals at Hamilton - perfect
Lobby snacks also too good.
Will certainly be back here.

I’ve been visiting Saadiyat Rotana with my family for the last 4 years.
It’s a lovely place to go if you want to end your holiday relaxing.
The rooms are amazing with the most amazing beds! The service was spectacular! The housekeeping service took extra time cleaning our room. I didn’t get their names, but we were on the west wing on the 1st floor!
The staff in the lobby, especially Ahmed and Murod were very helpful and were sure to make our stay comfortable as we were a very large group!
I love the ambiance in this resort, how close the beach and pool is, the restaurants; turtle bay & Si .
It was just unfortunate that the hotel was extremely busy compared to our last few times visiting in August.

- Ambience: While the room's technology was impressive, the overall ambience needs significant improvement to match the resort's otherwise high standards.
- Air Conditioning: The AC in the living room of the villa wasn’t working, making it uncomfortable to spend time there.
- Private Pool: Yes, there is a private pool, but it’s not really private as people walking by can easily see you.
Overall, while there are several positives, the cleanliness issue, non-functional AC in the living room, and lack of true privacy at the pool are significant drawbacks that need urgent attention. I hope the management can address these issues to enhance the experience for future guests.
