Ramada Abu Dhabi Corniche

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The reception was unpleasant and the staff at the front desk were rude and arrogant. They never apologized even when they were clearly at fault. I even witnessed a staff member shouting at a guest. We requested dishes and they only brought us pots, a pan, and knives – no cutlery or plates. Furthermore, the dishes were very dirty and unusable; we could only use one pot.

We had reserved a parking spot, but on the last day of our stay, I was asked to park my vehicle in a paid parking lot. We also had a reservation with breakfast included, but it was poor compared to other hotels. The teaspoons were not available and had to be requested each time, as they were brought from inside.

The bathroom faucet was poorly fixed and wobbled in all directions, and there was no hot water. The little children felt cold while showering. Additionally, the water drainage in the shower was defective; if the water was turned on full, it overflowed.

Despite all this, I must acknowledge that the restaurant staff were helpful, as was an Egyptian person in the parking lot who explained things clearly and calmed frustrated guests. However, this does not make up for the numerous shortcomings of this establishment. They deserve a 0. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

The swimming pool is closed, they arrange for not regular shuttle to a public beach that has no showers or changing room or to Tryp hotel that has no parking available. My family went in to check the sw pool in Tryp and returned to car in few minutes as the hotel is inconvenient from the smell in lobby. Rooms are okay, service acceptable. The lady at reception passes non precise info about the shuttle. In general will not go again.

I arrived at this place with high expectations but I was very disappointed. I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. And I paid for my room with a sea view. The fact is that they didn't give me the room I paid for arguing that all their rooms are with a view of the city and partially of the sea (just don't put a view of the sea) The staff is Indian. No education and no customer service. There was no help from him, I even talked to the manager on duty and he told me that if he wanted a sea view I could pay AED200 more per night. I demanded my refund and the reception ones answered me contemptuously (you didn't pay with us, you did it through an app, call them to be reimbursed) the food is disgusting and in addition to that super expensive. Without flavour without anything incredible. My experience was disgusting, they should already hire people of other nationalities those Indians always treat people badly and it is not the first time it happens to me with that type of nationalities. I never go back to this hotel
