As a local resident of the United Arab Emirates, I chose to stay at the Kempinski Boulevard Hotel expecting the high level of service and professionalism associated with the Kempinski brand. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to the behavior of the front desk staff.

During check-in, the receptionist was neither professional nor kind. Instead of welcoming me warmly as a local guest, the interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful. This lack of courtesy was surprising and disappointing, given the hotel's reputation.

What made the situation worse was receiving an aggressive phone call from the same receptionist the following day. Her tone was hostile and unprofessional, leaving me feeling threatened and deeply uncomfortable. This type of behavior is entirely unacceptable, especially at a luxury hotel where guest comfort and respect should always come first.

As someone from the UAE, I take pride in our nation's hospitality standards, and I expected the same level of respect and service from an internationally renowned hotel like Kempinski. Unfortunately, this experience did not align with those expectations. I urge the hotel's management to address this issue and ensure proper training for their staff to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.

I recently stayed at Kempinski the boulevard hotel expecting a five-star experience. Unfortunately, my stay fell short of those expectations due to several service issues.
During my stay, I also experienced poor service in the hotel's in-room dining. Despite its reputation, the service was inattentive and slow. It took over 30 minutes just to receive our needs. When I addressed these issues with the staff, their response was dismissive and lacked the professionalism one would expect from a hotel of this caliber.

Then I recently visited the lounge at the hotel with a group of friends, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. From the outset, we were treated poorly and made to feel unwelcome.

As soon as we entered, the staff seemed to question our presence. Despite being of legal age, we were repeatedly asked to show identification, which was handled in a very condescending manner. It felt as though they were treating us like minors, questioning our right to be there, which was both embarrassing and demeaning.

The lounge itself had potential with its elegant decor and comfortable seating, but the unprofessional and discourteous behavior of the staff overshadowed these positives. We had hoped for a relaxing and enjoyable evening, but instead, we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome.

I would strongly suggest that the management at the hotel addresses these issues and provides additional training for their staff to ensure all guests are treated with respect and courtesy. The attitude and behavior we encountered were completely unacceptable for a venue of this stature. I hope that management takes these criticisms seriously and works to improve service standards.
