From the moment we arrived, the Armani Hotel exceeded all expectations. The service was nothing short of superb – our butler was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.
The location is unbeatable. Being in the Burj Khalifa is unforgettable to the experience. Waking up with breathtaking views and knowing you’re in one of the most renowned buildings in the world is simply extraordinary.

The service was outstanding right from the first moment on. Upon arrival we could check in right away although it was not even close to the official check-in time.
The hotel itself is very stylish, so are the rooms! We entered our beautiful room through a nice, big living room. Right beside that was the bedroom with one of the most comfortable beds I‘ve ever slept in. The room has also a large dressing room with lots of space in the closets. And in the bathroom, there’s a tub as well as a spacious shower. The hotel is in the middle of the city but it is also very quiet. I especially loved that at nighttime because usually I don’t sleep well in hotel rooms because of unfamiliar noises. Nothing to hear from this bedroom—perfectly quiet and peaceful!
The service throughout the hotel was amazing! Everyone we talked to was super friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcomed and appreciated.
We also used the spa and the pool, which was very nice, too. It’s kind of small but stylish. Another service we used was the laundry service which was not only at a fair price but also very fast in service.
If you‘d like to try something very special, I also highly recommend to try the golden cappuccino at the lounge. Such a picture perfect experience!
