Absolutely outstanding stay at Address Sky View.
The connection to Dubai Mall is perfect, the rooms are excellent, and the service is among the most personal and genuine I’ve experienced in Dubai.

A special thank you to Kamal, Rajesh, Dimurt from housekeeping and especially Mr. Noureldein at the lobby — incredibly warm, attentive and always recognizing guests immediately and open for a chat. Truly exceptional service.

One small note:
The pool on Level 54 used to be an exclusive spot for in-house guests, which created a very calm and premium atmosphere. Since it’s now open to external visitors as well, it can occasionally get a bit busier.

Other than that, everything was flawless — from the views to the lounge to the hospitality.

Sky Views Observatory offers breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai skyline. The glass slide and skywalk add an exciting touch, making the experience thrilling and memorable. Well-organized and worth visiting, especially for those who enjoy panoramic city views and unique attractions.

Highly recommend staying at Address Skyview. My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights and had an incredible time. Service is top notch. Beautiful rooms. Very clean. Stunning views from the rooftop pool. I’m pretty picky with hotels and staying at Address Skyview was one of the best experiences I’ve had.

I’ve been to Address properties many times stayed at the residence, dined at the restaurants, and always enjoyed myself but this visit to Address Dubai Sky View was on another level. I joined them for both lunch and dinner, and two incredible attendants, Rasel and Michelle, made the experience one I’ll never forget.

Rasel didn’t just take my order he guided me through the menu like a true culinary expert who had tasted and studied every dish. The way he described each meal’s flavor and texture was so captivating that I could almost taste it before it arrived. He made every dish sound like a story worth experiencing, and honestly, he wasn’t wrong!

Hands up to the chef, too, for clearly guiding Rasel through each and every dish so thoroughly. The coordination between kitchen and service was flawless you could feel the passion in every plate.

And then there’s Michelle so warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. She even remembered my daughter’s name and made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. That kind of personal touch is rare, and it made the entire experience feel like home.

From the front office to the restaurant, the professionalism at Address is unmatched. But Rasel and Michelle took it even further combining top-tier service with genuine kindness. I actually extended my stay just to enjoy that same warmth again!

We had the most amazing experience celebrating our 11th year anniversary at Address Sky View! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and warm, making us feel truly special.

A huge thank you to Ruby and Mercy at reception for the smooth and seamless check-in — your kindness and professionalism set the tone for our entire stay. To our surprise, we were upgraded to a room with a breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa, which made the occasion even more memorable.

The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully detailed, offering both comfort and elegance. And of course, the infinity pool overlooking the city skyline was absolutely stunning — a true highlight of the hotel and an experience we’ll never forget.

Everything from start to finish was perfect. This stay felt truly once in a lifetime, and we’re so grateful to everyone at Address Sky View for making our anniversary celebration so special. We’ll definitely be back!

Very excellent hotel, worth every dirham, very clean, very comfortable, the infinity pool is the best, the personnel are very polite and helping, they solve everything and always available, the rooms have a balcony, and the rooms are very spacious. The breakfast have a wide varieties of food, the foods quality is very high.

It was an amazing experience! Had a lovely stay with my family. I came here for a nice view but didn’t expect that their services and welcome approach will be the top 1 that I admired the most. From reception to bell man, house keeping, spa area, pool area and restaurant they are the best. Would even like to commend Abby and Saiful for their very warm welcome to us especially I have my mom who came here as tourist. I chose 1 hotel each Emirates and the Address didn’t failed me! Really recommended. The gym is amazing too!

The location was perfect — close to major attractions yet peaceful and relaxing. Our room was clean, modern, and had an amazing view.
