Al Habtoor Palace Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is truly luxurious and beautifully maintained. The hotel staff were very polite, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay.

I had originally booked a suite (one bedroom + living room) and a separate room. To my pleasant surprise, they upgraded and connected the two rooms into a two-bedroom suite with a living area — this was very thoughtful and made my stay even more comfortable.

However, I would like to highlight one issue regarding the valet parking service. I handed over my car to the valet, but during my stay I noticed that the car was moved to different parking spots three times without informing me. I believe this should have been communicated, as it made me feel uneasy about how the vehicle was being handled.

Overall, I highly recommend the hotel for its quality and excellent service, but I do hope the valet service is improved.

It was the best experience for us in Dubai, from the beginning all the way to the end. The service was unbelievable, the hotel is simply gorgeous.

Great stay at unbelievable prices.

Overall, it was a great experience. The place is very luxurious. The staffs in all departments (from reception , housekeeping, restaurant to valet) are very warm and willing to help. Booking was very smooth for which you will feel valued as a customer. As soon as you arrive in the hotel, they will give you a welcome drink. The hallway smells floral and sweet. They sent me cake in my room because my birthday is on the same month. There is chocolates also. Excellent service with excellent group of people. Thank you so much for giving our family a memorable stay this Eid Holiday. Will definitely look forward to have another stay in your hotel soon.
