This is our second visit and I hope that we would be able to come here again and again!
The Amazing staff members play the key role in creation of the ideal atmosphere of vacation . I want to thank the team of receptionists, housekeepers, room service, Lobby restaurant staff, kids club members and my friends from AMARA pool&bar &Twiggies . My warm gratitude to breakfast team- well done, guys . By the way , here is the best, best, best breakfast I ever had at hotels .
What I experienced are clean rooms and properties , green territory, great pools , tasty food at restaurants .
We came here for a week but had to change our plans and stay one week more .. but it wasn’t enough and we decided to spend the third week here. We just love the place and people here.

The Santorini-inspired architecture, well-kept landscaping, chill pools and peaceful views of the Dubai Creek make you forget that you're in Dubai.
Our stay at this resort was almost 2 years ago, yet the memories make it feel like yesterday. I have stayed at 5-star resorts all over the world, the Park Hyatt Dubai is hands-down the best resort I have stayed at in my life.
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the doorman who assisted with our luggage and directed us to reception. The Receptionist Manuel. check-in process was swift and seamless, thanks to the courteous and informative receptionist who provided a thorough overview of the hotel facilities. Furthermore, the staff's professionalism and friendliness were evident throughout our stay. Thanks Manuel and Anson.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time by the pool and appreciated the impeccable service provided by the poolside staff. Additionally, when I contacted Guest Service in the evening regarding insufficient lighting in our room, I was impressed by the prompt response and follow-up from the technical team.
I must also commend Mahendra for his exemplary hospitality during our interactions, as well as the chef and serving staff for the delightful breakfast experience. Special thanks to Ahmed for his assistance throughout our stay.
