You can also do a day pass with spa and steam. Steam room and spa are great!!! A must try experience in Park Hyatt with a lot of green areas and peace.

Manuel was the best - our check in and check out was super smooth. The team are so lovely and friendly here and really do go out their way to help you. Manuel mentioned this will be one of the best hotel breakfasts ever and that we should get there early before it gets busy - I was very impressed by the breakfast, the choice was varied and large (but not overwhelming at the same time), excellent food quality and a really good choice of healthy foods. I’ve done a lot of the renowned hotel breakfasts in Dubai and this is easily the best breakfast I’ve done here.
The room was a very good size - beautifully furnished, immaculately clean and we loved our tropical green view of all the plants and trees outside. The resort feels like a green tropical oasis - it felt like I was on an island and was the perfect place to switch off. The gym is very big and might be one of the bettors gyms I’ve seen. The hotel is famous for Twiggy which we enjoyed but we actually preferred the family pool instead - it felt more peaceful, we loved the surrounding greenery.
The hotel has a great choice of restaurants too - Thai Kitchen is our favourite always and the hotel is also a very quick walk away from a mall if you need to get anything or want other food options.
We loved our stay here and would definitely come back again.
Room is larger than most hotels with a spacious balcony with good bathroom features.
Restaurants on site was hit and miss - some good, some poor. Breakfast though was solid - one of the better in Dubai.
Service though is what lets down Park Hyatt. Really patchy. Sometimes good (never great), sometimes really flat - as if it’s not a priority for the team. This included housekeeping which had turndown service for one of the nights and I had to ask for the other two nights.
If location is important for you then I’d look elsewhere as it’s in old Dubai but still away from the heritage sites of old Dubai so taxi is a must.
