Hotel is in a great location. Room is spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our housekeeper attendant, Adnan was the best! He is very attentive and helpful, always made sure everything was good and that we had enough of everything and we were comfortable during our whole stay. He always had little surprises for my son like making him towel animals, a toy basket and giving him his own slipper and robe. He even put flowers. He definitely made our stay here more memorable and enjoyable.

Room is spacious, hotel is truly within walking distance to Dubai mall (most of which is on conveyers too). However, hotel is out-dated, lacks any chic or style. Breakfast while diverse didn’t seem very fresh, low to mediocre quality. In general very, very mediocre hotel. This should be listed as a 4-star hotel at best, not 5. To be honest the hotel rates are generally more affordable compared to the REAL 5-star hotels in the area, but, again- this does not feel like a real 5 stars hotel. So a 4 stars facility with 4 stars price - that’s what it actually is, in my opinion.

Special venue of the hotel where Dubai Mall is very close (~15 minutes walking distance). Modern and nice facility. Staff are very welcoming. I believe one area of improvement should be considered, which is that the pictures on the website of the Two Bedroom Suit does not show that the unit is actually 2 connecting rooms. I’d like to know that this is, in fact, a two connecting room prior booking. Another issue I had is that there were issue with the night lamp and the body lotion containers were empty. I requested before I leave to fix the lamp and refill the body lotion but unfortunately my request was not met.

I have nothing but positive comments about this hotel. From the moment I arrived to the minute I left, they made you feel at home and provided outstanding service. The quality of the room was excellent, the check in with reception was exceptional and the bell boy service assisting with luggage was top notch. Only complaint I have is about the space in the men’s locker room at the spa. The steam was not working and it’s so small you can barely fit two people in there. Aside from that no other issues. I plan to come here again.

One of the best hotels in Dubai. They have you covered in everything. Literally, hospitality 10/10, location 10/10, air-conditioned walking tunnel to Dubai Mall as well. Honestly, they deserve it. If you’re looking for big rooms, look no further than this hotel. Worth every penny. I don’t usually give 5 stars, but this, I really can’t complain about anything. Their breakfast is also 10/10.

The welcoming of all staff was absolutely amazing from the first moment we entered into the hotel as they made us feel extremely comfortable, especially ISLAM in the reception who I sincerely have to thank him personally for his kindness and valuable assistance. Spacious elegant rooms with all comforts, very rich and delicious breakfast, relaxing spa, very nice extenal swimming pool, amazing service and so kind staff.Thank you for this amazing experience and for made our stay so nice and comfortable. We will be sure staying here again during our next visit in Dubai.

My stay was amazing! Upon arrival, every little thing was taken care of for me and stayed that way until I checked out. All of the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, making the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. By the end of my stay, the staff all recognized me and would greet me any time they could! My one week stay felt like I was there for a whole month - I was feeling so refreshed!
