Sofitel Dubai Downtown

One of the best hotels in Dubai. They have you covered in everything. Literally, hospitality 10/10, location 10/10, air-conditioned walking tunnel to Dubai Mall as well. Honestly, they deserve it. If you’re looking for big rooms, look no further than this hotel. Worth every penny. I don’t usually give 5 stars, but this, I really can’t complain about anything. Their breakfast is also 10/10.

The welcoming of all staff was absolutely amazing from the first moment we entered into the hotel as they made us feel extremely comfortable, especially ISLAM in the reception who I sincerely have to thank him personally for his kindness and valuable assistance. Spacious elegant rooms with all comforts, very rich and delicious breakfast, relaxing spa, very nice extenal swimming pool, amazing service and so kind staff.Thank you for this amazing experience and for made our stay so nice and comfortable. We will be sure staying here again during our next visit in Dubai.

My stay was amazing! Upon arrival, every little thing was taken care of for me and stayed that way until I checked out. All of the staff is incredibly kind and helpful, making the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. By the end of my stay, the staff all recognized me and would greet me any time they could! My one week stay felt like I was there for a whole month - I was feeling so refreshed!

Ajay did a fantastic job cleaning my room! Love the personal touch with arranging my stuff in a way that I didn't even know would make life so convenient.

Jeric (the personal trainer) has phenomenal knowledge and is great at execution of movements. He actively competes in professional bodybuilding competitions and is an inspiration. His training is very effective and makes you feel amazing. He pushes you just the right amount. A must-do session!

Hotel was super clean. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Loved the shower and bathtub. Friendly and helpful staff. Our view from our room was incredible and the hotel is in a great location across the street from mall and bus station.

My first stay at A Sofitel certainly not my last. This location had beautiful rooms, great views and staff was very friendly and accommodating. The lounge has great finger foods and buffet breakfast had everything. Tried 2/3 of the attached restaurants and both excellent. Nice fitness area and spa. Can't forget the beautiful infinity pool.
