Our stay was truly wonderful. Cristopher and Marc were both incredibly professional and welcoming. Their service was excellent and the check-in and check-out process was fast and smooth. The cleaning was perfect and the view was absolutely breathtaking. My family and I really enjoyed our time here and we’ll definitely come back again. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The hotel was fine overall. The best things were the room size and the great location. It could use a bit of renewal, but I had a comfortable stay.

We stayed at this Airbnb for five days and had a wonderful experience. The location offers convenient access to Dubai Mall and the metro station, making it easy to get around. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Mr. Moustafa. After we checked out, we realized we had left our mobile phone and power bank charging in the unit. Mr. Moustafa promptly messaged us, giving us enough time to return from the airport and retrieve them. Excellent service!

I stayed for just one night at Westminster Dubai Mall, and honestly, the experience exceeded my expectations.
The location is unbeatable, directly connected to Dubai Mall and close to Burj Khalifa. Everything I needed was just a few steps away — restaurants, shopping, cinema, and the Dubai Fountain.

The room was spotless, well-organized, and had elegant touches of luxury. The bed was super comfortable, the lighting was cozy, and the amenities included a coffee machine, fast Wi-Fi, and a smart TV.
What really impressed me were the facilities:
• The gym was clean and well-equipped with everything needed for a proper workout.
• The pool was clean, peaceful, and had a beautiful city view.
• The lobby was spacious and stylish, giving off a luxurious vibe the moment I walked in.
• Room service was fast, and the staff was always responsive and professional.

Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, and the staff really paid attention to the details.
Even though it was a short stay, I felt completely relaxed and taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a premium experience in the heart of Dubai.

The rooms were nice and clean and we were surprised by the room when george (cleaner) made us an elephant on the bed, it was a nice gesture by him and made us feel quite special. The rooms are generally nice but the bathroom lock for the master bedroom was broken, other than that it was a great stay.

Absolutely amazing location with perfect view of Burj Khalifa. The room itself contains a fully fitted kitchen including microwave and dishwasher. It has a direct and easy access to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain. The room itself though is slightly old and might need a few things refurbished like the carpets look as they have been in there for a long time. All in all the location and view is absolutely brilliant and I would definitely go back there anytime.
