I recently stayed at Nikki Beach Hotel Dubai and was generally satisfied with my experience. The hotel offers a great atmosphere and comfortable accommodations, making for a pleasant stay.
However, I believe there’s room for improvement, particularly when it comes to the food and cleanliness. The dining options were average and could benefit from more variety and better quality. Additionally, the cleanliness in some areas wasn’t up to the standard I expected.

After a disappointing first experience at the Spa I had a wonderful experience the second time around. I felt pampered from the moment I walked in. The staff took care of me from the moment I entered. Andre was lovely and Wanna is a highly recommended therapist. I will be going back!

Used the Beach & Pool (not beach club) facility - Arguably one of the gems in Dubai still offering services that go above and beyond anything else I have experience in my 4yrs in Dubai.
Special shoutout to Nasser and the beach team who have always been so accommodating evening in the scorching heat.
Membership prices are on the higher end but worth it with the level of facilities and service given. Will be back again very soon!

Absolutely incredible experience at Nikki Beach Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Special shoutout to Faraj. The beach and pool areas are stunning, providing a perfect blend of luxury and relaxation.

The Nikki Beach resort impresses with its beautiful, well-kept grounds and a wonderful beach. Everything is incredibly aesthetic and beautifully laid out. The rooms are very large and modern. The food is very tasty. The menu for dinner (half board) offers a good selection. However, we would have liked more vegan options to be available. 😊Unfortunately, the service leaves something to be desired in some places. Some of the staff are very attentive and cordial. Especially the waiters at dinner and also at breakfast. Sometimes you wait a long time on the beach for the food and drinks you ordered. There is also hardly any information at check-in. We had to find out the meal times ourselves. In addition, you are not greeted back, which can happen, but does not correspond to the service of a 5-star hotel. Some of the reception staff seemed arrogant and reserved.
