Nikki Beach Resort & Spa

We spent the day enjoying the pool and beach with a day pass, and it was one of the most relaxing experiences we’ve had. Everything is beautifully arranged, and the team is genuinely warm and welcoming. A special mention to Fatiha, whose exceptional hospitality truly stood out—she ensured we were comfortable and having a great time throughout.

The food was another highlight. We frequently visit other pools and often find the food to be underwhelming, but at Nikki Beach, it was absolutely delicious—beautifully presented and served with style and elegance.

We appreciated every detail and sincerely commend the management for their outstanding service and the fantastic team they’ve selected. Next time, I look forward to staying overnight just to experience how the team continues to go the extra mile—I’m certain it will be just as fabulous.

As a small piece of feedback (not a complaint), when we handed the car to the valet, we kindly requested not to adjust any of the internal settings to avoid the hassle of readjusting later. Unfortunately, the valet seemed annoyed and told us to park it ourselves. It left us slightly disappointed, although everything that followed more than made up for it. That said, some guests might not take it as lightly, so a more considerate approach could make a difference.

Aside from that, everything was simply perfect—and we’ll definitely be back!

Flawless service — starting from the entrance, where a valet greets you with a smile and takes your car, all the way to every staff member on the premises.
Respect to whoever manages this place — turns out, even in Dubai, it’s possible to organize all departments so well.

Came here on a weekday afternoon to chill by the beach. Such a peaceful gorgeous beach, with really nice and attentive staff. No crazy loud music, just chill vibes with really good food which I thought was reasonably priced for a beach club. Looking forward to coming back

Great brunch deal, albeit on the pricier side. Large selection of premium raw and cooked seafood, salads, entrées, cheeses, breads and desserts, and a decent cocktail menu. The food quality is outstanding, and along with the shared mains it makes for a very generous and delicious meal. The live music was very nice, but it was a little loud even indoors; we had a hard time having a conversation at the table.

Service is quick and friendly - a big thank you to Brandon. The premises are well-kept and comfortable.

The brunch deal also includes beach and pool access (only available after 4 PM). It was a great way to wrap up the day. Would definitely be back.

I'm visiting Dubai every year and this is the best hotel I have ever stayed on. From the luxurious surrounding to the excellent and freindly service. The breakfast was definitely a highlight. Every morning I looked forward to the breakfast and the excellent service. I have never eaten such good breakfast on a hotel.

If I would point out one thing which could be improved is to include water in the half board package at dinner. Otherwise perfect :)

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and the service exceeded my expectations. Sheila was accommodating from the moment of booking and ensured everything was arranged perfectly (I think we had the best possible room). The reception staff was welcoming and efficient, and the housekeeping team kept our room spotless throughout our stay.

A special shout-out goes to the outdoor team, who were always attentive and brought us cold water and ice to ensure we stayed cool even under the sun. Their effort made a difference and showed how much the hotel cares about its guests.

The breakfast was another highlight—delicious and diverse, with options for everyone’s taste. You will find something to enjoy whether you prefer something light or a full, hearty meal.

The only thing that could be improved is the water pressure in the shower, which was a bit low for my liking. However, this minor issue did not affect the overall quality of our stay.
