Location: 20 minutes drive from the Golf club, Dubai Festival City and the water Park Wild Wadi, a 10 km from the airport Dubai.
Consists of one 42-storey building.

Beach: public sandy beach at 3 km from the hotel (3 coastline). Entrance in the sea:
sandy. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach (Jumeirah beach Park, beach access fee: 1.3 $). The beach is 900 m.

- Karat and a lounge bar in the lobby opens from 07:00 to 13:00.
- Cabana, bar-salon. Light meals, pizzas, desserts, cocktails, tea; open from 09:00 to 19:00 (summer season) and from 09:00 to 14:00 (in winter season).
- Amatista lounge bar. Open from 18:00 until 03:00.
