The service fell below expectations: food arrived late and was served cold, and the buffet area was messy and not properly maintained. The selection of dishes was also quite limited.
On 7 August, the experience was particularly poor. Tea was served very late, and I noticed that some of the teapots were worn out. The waiters kept passing by without giving us any attention, and overall, I felt unwelcome.
As a returning guest who has enjoyed your hotel in the past, I was surprised by this decline in service and presentation. I truly hope that management takes this feedback seriously to ensure that the high standards associated with The Address brand are maintained.
That being said, I would like to acknowledge the positive aspects of my stay. The front desk was very welcoming, room service was excellent, and housekeeping thoughtfully checked in to ensure nothing was missing.
I look forward to your response and to seeing improvements in the future.
