One of the first hotels in Dubai. Was originally designed for business people, but very spacious rooms and proximity to commercial centers of the city make the hotel desirable to stay.

Location: 5 km from Dubai airport, 500 m from the metro station, in the commercial district of Deira, near the Dubai chamber of Commerce.

Consists of one 12-storey building.
The hotel has 90 rooms and suites (consisting of a bedroom and a living room of 42 m2, max 3 or 2+2 pers.), 18 connected rooms. There are rooms for non-smokers.
Beach: public, sandy 7 km from the hotel (3 coastline). The entrance to the sea sand. Beach towels: free of charge (from hotel). On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach (the beach Al Mamzar Park, the entrance of $1.4). The length of the beach is 3.5 km away. the pool towels, umbrellas, deckchairs: free of charge.
