Description

One of the first hotels in Dubai. Was originally designed for business people, but very spacious rooms and proximity to commercial centers of the city make the hotel desirable to stay.

Built: 1990

Renovated: 2005

Location: 5 km from Dubai airport, 500 m from the metro station, in the commercial district of Deira, near the Dubai chamber of Commerce.

Enters into group of hotels, AL KHALEEJ GROUP.

Consists of one 12-storey building.

The hotel has 90 rooms and suites (consisting of a bedroom and a living room of 42 m2, max 3 or 2+2 pers.), 18 connected rooms. There are rooms for non-smokers.

Beach: public, sandy 7 km from the hotel (3 coastline). The entrance to the sea sand. Beach towels: free of charge (from hotel). On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach (the beach Al Mamzar Park, the entrance of $1.4). The length of the beach is 3.5 km away. the pool towels, umbrellas, deckchairs: free of charge.

One nice hotel , most important is the staff are very friendly and cooperative, the service are young friendly guys do good job
Overall is clean and good location , all services around , restaurants and shopping and parking I recommend for people who like to do long or short stay

I stay one night in hotel Room is big and Good ac etc all good but no have slipper for washroom it's 4 star hotel Plz try to Keep all the things in rooms when I morning ask to the guy I extend one night more so he told me 210 but when I show on booking it was the same prise this is not good iam coming 1st time in hotel I like the hotel location etc all perfect if you obliged me the same prise then become iam your regular guest any way no issue It my luck Thank you very much

It was an amazing deal for me for 5 nights. Easy to reach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Yes as the hotel also has a pub, there was a tad bit of sound and vibrations in my room which was in 5th floor. The room service food was tasty and served hot but there can be more options available in the menu. Walkable distance to the Union metro station and bus station. On the last day they helped me extend my checkout time also. Overall had a really good stay at this hotel during my solo trip and it was worth the money

I've had the opportunity to stay in countless hotels, but my recent experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. To begin with, the bathroom floor had unsightly stains, and there was a persistent issue with leaking pipes. The most distressing aspect of my stay, however, was the club on the 10th floor. The volume of the music was so loud that i had the everything in my room was vibrating with the music beat, forcing me to stay awake until 4 AM, just to endure the noise. Regrettably, I won’t recommend this place to anyone.

This hotel is Not recommended at all. There are couple of major issues. First is the wifi connectivity. We stayed for one week there and I had to contact reception at least twice a day to fix it. Also, there’s a very load music every night starting midnight through 4am which caused me having trouble sleeping well during my whole stay. Not a recommended place.

This 18 floor hotel is a good property which comes with some hits and misses. See the list to decide what works for you:

Hits:
1) Rooms are big in size, washroom is big and comes with a bathtub. Some rooms are like a suite as they come with a huge additional space for sofa and TV
2) Linen was clean, hot water readily available and washroom was clean plumbings worked fine
3) Found pricing pretty decent and staff was cooperative
4) Relatively close to the airport and 10-12 mins walk from metro station
5) Walking access to supermarket and adjoining Al Rigga area - many eating joints and party places near by
6) Walking distance from Dubai Creek

Misses:
1) Breakfast buffet comes with limited choices, even less options for a vegetarian
2) Loud music gives you company throughout the night. Noise levels could vary depending on the floor on which the room is
3) There are 5-7 clubs in this hotel and there is party crowd around, it's possible that family folks feel uncomfortable

Overall, this is a mixed bag property.

Hi guys, I stayed here for 3 days with a nice and very humble staff, hotel location is very good👍

Observation🧐:
1. Rooms are good 👍 clean well maintenance
2. Around the hotel the environment is good 👍
3. Noises room because of night club at the top
4. Toilet rooms are clean
5. Food, I say not up to the mark
6. Swimming fool, gym are available

Worst experience in my life,
Unprofessional and doing hotel scheme.

With my manager i booked the room via site 5 days in advance and at the time of check in, they said the booking was cancelled. No intimation of cancellation and even having the confirmation no also, giving excuse that we have to check with registered site.
Left furiously but out of curiosity we tried to book again online. and guess what, the same room is available but double the price.
Unprofessional and not recommending for business trips.

No car Parking facility also.

We had the opportunity to stay in this hotel for 5 nights it was incredibly disappointing. Reception staff need training how to deal with customer even they don’t have name badge on so I can’t mentation the names of the staff unhelpful and very bad behaviour they have the showing attitude like stupid people do The most distressing aspect of my stay, however, was the club on the 10th floor. The volume of the music was so loud that i had the everything in my room was vibrating with the music beat, I am surprised how UAE government allow both thing in one place club and rooms because you can’t sleep but hotel is for good sleep Regrettably, I won’t recommend this place to anyone.
