One of the first hotels in Dubai. Was originally designed for business people, but very spacious rooms and proximity to commercial centers of the city make the hotel desirable to stay.

Location: 5 km from Dubai airport, 500 m from the metro station, in the commercial district of Deira, near the Dubai chamber of Commerce.

Consists of one 12-storey building.
The hotel has 90 rooms and suites (consisting of a bedroom and a living room of 42 m2, max 3 or 2+2 pers.), 18 connected rooms. There are rooms for non-smokers.
Beach: public, sandy 7 km from the hotel (3 coastline). The entrance to the sea sand. Beach towels: free of charge (from hotel). On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach (the beach Al Mamzar Park, the entrance of $1.4). The length of the beach is 3.5 km away. the pool towels, umbrellas, deckchairs: free of charge.

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The front desk agent was not only rude but also acted suspiciously, making check-in feel uncomfortable from the very start. Despite my reservation, the room wasn’t available upon arrival, and I was left waiting far too long.When I finally got into the room, a strong, unbearable odor hit me immediately. It was so bad that I couldn’t even consider staying there—I left almost right away. The combination of unprofessional staff, poor management, and unacceptable room conditions makes this place a complete disaster.If you value your money, time, and peace of mind, avoid this hotel at all costs. There are plenty of better options in Dubai—don’t risk ruining your trip by staying here.
The rooms are too old but clean
There are 5 nightclubs and they are so loud, so if you have plans for nightlife, this is where you should stay, otherwise cannot be recommend
And it is not for sure a place to stay with family
