The staff were exceptionally accommodating creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home.
Rooms were cleaned daily and all necessary toiletries were consistently replenished.
Overall I highly recommend Vision Imperial hotel to anyone looking for an affordable stay without compromising on quality and service.
First of all, the air conditioning in the rooms was not working properly, making the rooms unbearably hot and uncomfortable — which was especially unacceptable since we had a pregnant friend and a 2-year-old toddler with us.
What made things even worse was waking up to find bedbugs in the pillows. This was shocking and disgusting, and it shows a complete lack of proper hygiene and maintenance.
Because of these issues, we decided to check out the same night , we couldn’t even wait until the next day. Our stay didn’t meet our expectations and satisfaction at all.
We expected a safe and clean place to stay during a stressful time, but instead we left feeling frustrated and let down. I sincerely hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and immediately improves these conditions.
Hotel corridors lighting was not so good. In night music sounds can be a bit hassle.
But it is very noisy because there is a night club downstairs. I don’t think I sleep well. If you don’t mind the noise, it is a budget place. With a lot of food to try.
