My experience in this hotel cannot described less than horrible and bad. This might be the worst hotel. Does not smell nice at all, they have a very poor customer service, their attitude like they offer us the room without payment. If i am able to rate it in minus i will.

Very poor hygiene. The staff is just washing the mugs in the toilet without any dishwashing soap. Cleaning the room but it’s not like nothing happen. He just collect the garbage. Changing the bed sheets but not fixing it to fold the sheets under the bed. Tv is not working. Toilet is not clean. The chair or single sofa is filthy, nasty and greasy. The first time I lay in bed I found a strand of hair color blonde. So obviously it was not mine. The pool is always close from 2 -7:30 pm. When we asked why it is still closed they just answered the guy is a having a dinner. So his dinner is from 4 until 7:30. If we didn’t complaint to the reception they will not open the pool. And they are posting the time open of the pool but it is just open when they want to open. You are spending your local leave in hotel to relax from busy work but how you can get relaxed if you choose to stay the wrong place. Wrong decision to choose to stay this hotel. Not recommendable.the floor is also dirty. You can’t walk without slippers, it’s looks like many years they didn’t do shampooing the carpet. I can’t even say 1 out of 10 over all. It’s a big no for me. It was just wasting money and wasting the days of our vacation to relax and have a good stays . It was a wrong choice! 👎🏼

The room is decent but I really hated how all non smoking rooms have very strong cigarette smell coming out from the AC vent. I changed my room thrice but nothing helped .

I stayed at this hotel with a friend and my toddler and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience.

It's a shame that this hotel fails to make use of its prime location, as it could be a desirable destination with proper management and upkeep. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

Good location, Room was good,
But they need to. Focus on their housekeeping service and Break fast.
Everyday the same kind of indian menus. I think they can put some Arabic items on the breakfast menu.

the service is ok. However, the hotel is from the 90s. If you turn off the lights, the power goes out, I couldn't sleep and charge my phone. the kettle didn't work, nor did 80% of the plugs. The staff were helpful but were unable to help me at all. I requested some things to be able to solve the problem, but the service workers didn't speak English, it’s fine it's not their obligation, but I couldn’t solve my rooms problem and I gave up.
