Landmark Summit Hotel

One of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed.reception staff was really unprofessional and rude tone seems we staying for free. no smile blank face, rude behaviour, they were treating us like we are theirs servants. The room cleaning was extremely poor, broken furniture, stinking room, smelly bed sheets, we found long hair on bed, toilet was really dirty It looked like they never thought about the maintenance and -zero hygiene black Mold everywhere in toilet, bathtub, shower,toilet shower, sink, shower handle broken, entire toilet full of Mold and was so thick that cleaner tried his best but it didn't come off. The carpet was so damp/ dirty we had to wear socks all the time to walk on it as no sleepers were provided. We couldn't sleep properly in that room with a very bad smell all over the hotel, lifts lobby and whatnot. We all got severe throat infection because of smell and dusty smelly furniture n carpet. No ventilation at all
People pls think twice before wasting money here not recommended to any one to stay at this hotel especially Family with Kids . We almost became Asthmatic patient while staying in that room with no fresh air at all . The air condition was not even working properly.
This hotel should be only 2* i dnt understand how come this hotel is 4* It's a mystery

I booked from 17 to 24 of January and requested for a King sized bed, my friend didnt allow her to check-in even she is the 2nd person on the booking, I told her to check in as i will arrive late night.
First ,they gave us twin bed as a king bed, they just joined the bed knowing we gonna stay for a week.and its not really comfortable,
Second, we asked to make up our room when we go out by 2pm at the reception, we are surprised when we came back 9:30pm our room was widely open. I really disappointed of kind of service you can offer to your hotel guest, the towels and tissue paper on that day was not even replenish
Third is the minibar fridge was dirty, and the window has a vandal “help me” its kinda scary.
Fourth, I received a call from the lady receptionist about the check out time, i requested if she can give me until 1:30pm but she refused telling me that there is guest waiting downstair, as after as i know the check in time is 3pm, be considerate to your hotel guest, specially we check in at 9:00pm when we arrived!

Our three-night stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to poor service and unprofessionalism. Despite booking a stay with breakfast included, we were charged an additional 50 AED after eating because the staff suddenly claimed it wasn’t included. However, our receipt clearly showed we had paid for breakfast. Also, very creepy and beddings are not properly cleaned and very unsafe.

On the last day, just an hour before check-out, the receptionist falsely accused us of having visitors in our room, claiming a man had checked in with us. This was completely untrue, as we were two female travelers staying alone. Shockingly, the receptionist even tried to remove my friend from the room, accusing her of being a visitor. I asked him who this man was and why he was allowed to check into our room while we were still staying there. Despite showing him my booking receipt, he continued with his baseless accusations.

The staff must properly verify names and records before making accusations, as this kind of negligence—such as possibly giving a room key to the wrong person—is completely unacceptable. This experience was stressful, unprofessional, and unsafe. We cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Parking was always an issue in hotel, reception staff was not cooperative only the security guard gave some good solutions.
You need to call atleast 3 to 4 times to get basic things from housekeeping.
Carpet inside the room was not clean & was stinking.
Bathroom was very old with many cracks & shower handle was broken.
Limited options in breakfast buffet.

This is one of the worst hotels ever. It’s filled with roaches. The rooms are very old. The AC has mold around it. The bathroom is horrible and it flooded. It’s obvious that it was because of someone because my things were moved. Don’t get confused with the Landmark Grand hotel next to it (which is a very nice hotel). Avoid at all costs. They should pay you to stay there.

My experience in this hotel cannot described less than horrible and bad. This might be the worst hotel. Does not smell nice at all, they have a very poor customer service, their attitude like they offer us the room without payment. If i am able to rate it in minus i will.

Very poor hygiene. The staff is just washing the mugs in the toilet without any dishwashing soap. Cleaning the room but it’s not like nothing happen. He just collect the garbage. Changing the bed sheets but not fixing it to fold the sheets under the bed. Tv is not working. Toilet is not clean. The chair or single sofa is filthy, nasty and greasy. The first time I lay in bed I found a strand of hair color blonde. So obviously it was not mine. The pool is always close from 2 -7:30 pm. When we asked why it is still closed they just answered the guy is a having a dinner. So his dinner is from 4 until 7:30. If we didn’t complaint to the reception they will not open the pool. And they are posting the time open of the pool but it is just open when they want to open. You are spending your local leave in hotel to relax from busy work but how you can get relaxed if you choose to stay the wrong place. Wrong decision to choose to stay this hotel. Not recommendable.the floor is also dirty. You can’t walk without slippers, it’s looks like many years they didn’t do shampooing the carpet. I can’t even say 1 out of 10 over all. It’s a big no for me. It was just wasting money and wasting the days of our vacation to relax and have a good stays . It was a wrong choice! 👎🏼
