I had an amazing time during my stay in this hotel. The facilities like swimming and gym are all included. The room service team was exceptional, especially Hafiz. He was very polite and honest, and made sure to efficiently leave my room extremely clean and immaculate. I am very satisfied with his level of service, easily the best member from the room service team. Would definitely recommend this place to others and will surely come here again.

Just returned home after a 7 Nite stay here and I only have great good things to say about the Hotel and staff.
Hotel is easy to get to and the shops / metro are around 3 minute walk.
Most days we spoke to someone in the reception area ( believe his name to be Dipak ) he was absolutely amazing !!
He was a great help and made our stay more enjoyable.
This is a good Hotel and is worth considering if you are planing on coming to Dubai.

I visited your hotel for the first time. I saw a lot of places in Dubai, but the rooms of this hotel were very clean. There was a boy here, whose name was Naseem. He gave me a lot of respect. He delivered everything on time. It was very well cleaned. I really liked it and I will definitely stay at your hotel next time❤️

Good location (near the metro), decent service. Very attentive staff. A varied buffet in the restaurant, they cook very tasty. Special thanks to the waiter Ramish 😊 I recommend everyone to visit

Stayed in June 2021. Great hotel and location. Nearby bus stops and metro station, shopping center. The room is cozy. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are delicious and varied. Friendly staff. Nice guys in the restaurant, especially Ramesh. There is a shuttle to the beach. The only negative is the inconvenient transfer time 10-30 to 15-00. It's better to go to the beach earlier while it's not so hot.

The hotel is wonderful. I would especially like to mention Ramez, who works at the pool, a friendly guy, always ready to help and deliver a delicious drink from the Bar. In general, the staff is very friendly. The only negative is that the hotel needs to update the renovation of the rooms, but it is not bad now.

I recently stayed at Copthorne for a few days, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. Their staff Lutful went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

Good hotel for the money, helpful staff, rooms are not super new, but very clean and good. Every day cleaning! Clean pool! Good cuisine! Respect to administrators Adam and Debie!

Very nice hotel, conveniently close to the airport. Praveen did a great job taking care of the room. The pool is fantastic, with different levels that the kids loved. There are plenty of shaded areas to stay cool. The breakfast offered a variety of options to suit all tastes. The price for the hotel is very reasonable.

It's was very nice hotel and good experience, good services. Their staffs was extra brilliant especially (Hafiz ahammad)they were very lovely and kindly behavior minded. Am very satisfied his service. Rooms and hotels were managed cleanly. And also there atmosphere is very peace. An visit again with my family.Thank u so much👏🏻.
