"The hotel is reasonably priced; however, there are some issues. The service is very poor, and the staff are rude. One staff member was particularly rude, shouting over the phone and hanging up right in front of us even though we paid for our two-night stay, including breakfast, which we didn’t even take. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
Please note that if you have a business, the most important people are your guests or customers. However, there is a lack of good service here. When people experience poor service, they are unlikely to return."

Worst experience ever I have been staying in this hotel since so long and they were giving me good services but last night when I came they gave me worst room ever, dirty room and the bedsheet was not even clean, there were a stan on toilet sheets and the old damanges sofas. I am attaching a pictures so you will see also the telephone was not even working I was calling on reception from my phone and when I told them to look into it and change the room so they sent someone from housekeeping and he never came back to me after saying we are coming to change and in last they said they don't have any other room. I have not been slept whole night because this was very unhygienic room and worst experience ever

They have a issues with providing a iron. Mentioned that they do not have sufficient irons and iron boards if available they can provide it. I have stayed on the hotel more around 7 days. Each time have to raise a request for it. Once done they taken it back.🥺

Stayed in this lovely property with my family. Room was well maintained and very specious. I booked with Breakfast and many varaities they were served. Food yummy and tasty. Very peaceful environment, and really good for family. Close to metro station, and easy access to all the main malls. Wonderful experience I had, definitely I will visit again this property. Thanks for Reservation and Front office team for making our stay peaceful. One of the best hotel in Dubai.

The best part close to Al Rigga Metro station. In Trade Center I need to attend some event and booked this hotel. Perfect choice whoever wanted to go trade center. Near to airport near to Deira City center. I recommend strongly.

I stayed with my friend and it was great experience. Rate very reasonable and service was amazing. Worth for money. Close by metro station Al Rigga. Best hotel in my experience. Thank you Grand Central Hotel Dubai for making my stay memorable one.

Overall the hotel is neat and clean. Rooms staff were good. Just never listen to the travel desk guide of this hotel. He just fools visitors by guiding boring spots according to his benefit. Also not takes any bad review gracefully as the car provided by them was not proper and clean.
Otherwise the hotel was good just loud music sounds are heard at 7th floor at night.

Good for a short stay as the sound from the clubs and the traffic from the roads might be an issue to few people. The rooms were neat although not of great standards to meet the level of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was good in terms of spread,but we're not refilled accordingly. The lunch was not as expected and we did not have dinner from the hotel.
The location is good as there's rigga metro nearby. The staff at Aroma hotel needs a special mention for their hospitality.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel specially my son who was very happy with the swimming pool at the rooftop. Room was big and comfortable and HK staff were very attentive.

Clean, spacious rooms, and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. The location near the metro is excellent. The breakfast at Aroma Restaurant was very delicious.
