We reported this to the hotel and received a small discount of about 1.5% (200 AED out of a total of over 12,000 AED). At the end of our stay, the manager asked us around five times if we would come back—and honestly, probably not because of that experience.
Also, there are very few activities (don’t stay more than three days, or you’ll get bored). Hardly any butler service by the pool, no entertainment, and an overall strange value for the price.
A special shout out to Meoka (I hope I’m spelling it right), the Japanese staff member who made our stay unforgettable. She was absolutely amazing – kind, professional, and so caring. The same can be said about every other staff member we met, especially in the restaurant.
We will definitely be back, and I will recommend everyone to come and experience this magical place for themselves.

The daily activities were both interesting and fun — from wildlife drives to falconry and camel treks, every moment was memorable. It’s the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation.
One highlight that truly touched us was the chef's thoughtful gesture. After a few days of rich Western cuisine, we mentioned we were craving something more familiar — and the chef personally prepared delicious fried rice just for us. It was such a kind and accommodating gesture that made us feel truly cared for.

There are small antelopes all around the house. I am not afraid to take pictures even if I get close to them.
