City Seasons Towers Hotel Bur Dubai

I recently stayed at this hotel for a single night and had a generally positive experience. Here’s a detailed review:

Room Quality:
The room was neat and clean, which is always a top priority for me. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, I did find the room size to be quite small. If you're planning a longer stay or traveling with more than one person, I would recommend checking the room size before booking to ensure it meets your needs.

Location:
The hotel's location is its main attraction. It is very close to a metro station, which makes getting around the city extremely convenient. The area is vibrant and active 24 hours a day, with plenty of food options available nearby. This is perfect if you enjoy exploring local cuisine or need a quick meal at any hour.

Overall Experience:
For my single-night stay, the hotel was satisfactory. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were excellent, but the small size might be a drawback for some travelers. The superb location, with easy access to transportation and food, makes it a great choice for short stays or solo travelers.

The neat and clean rooms are the highlights of the hotel with an equal rating for the location as it’s next to metro stations and Burjman mall. The service and reception team definitely appreciates and only to notify the size of the room not may be suitable for couples or two people.

One of the nicest hotels in the area. The proximity to Burjuman mall and metro station provides ample shopping and dining options, as well as easy access to the rest of the city.

Staff are generally very friendly and accommodating, although room service could be faster.

The rooms are very comfortable and pleasant. They are decorated in a slightly dated style, but are a step up from other hotels nearby. However, the sound proofing could definitely be improved. Noises from the corridor and neighbour’s rooms can quite often be heard, especially if the room has an adjoining door. Thankfully, even on lower floors, street noise is minimal. The ‘deluxe’ rooms are very similar to the standard ‘premium’ rooms, but are appreciably larger.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was good, but there were some issues. Check-in was slow, and despite paying for two premium king rooms, we were given a twin room and a queen room. We had to accept this as the lady at the front desk said the king rooms were not available and we would have to wait if we still wanted them. This was particularly frustrating as the guests before us were upgraded to a king room. The rooms were clean and neither too small nor too big.

My kid enjoyed the pool, although it was small and only opens at 9 am. It would have been better if the pool opened earlier, especially during the summer.

On a positive note, the location is great as it is close to everything and within walking distance to Al Seef.

A good hotel is essential to make your vacation enjoyable. This property served that purpose. It was my first time in this hotel and I feel happy to choose this hotel for my stay in Dubai. I stayed there for 4 nights with family in two connected rooms. The hotel is good on all accounts. Ideal location, Cleanliness, staff etc. The adjoining tour operator, Mayra Travel added to its benefits. The lady receptionist, Ms. Fariha was friendly and provided good guidance and helped us in arranging our itinerary in the limited available time. Full marks to her.

This hotel is in a fantastic spot, just a short walk from the Burjuman mall with tons of dining options nearby. It's also conveniently located right by the Burjuman metro station.

Room service was prompt and the staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Mr. Javed who went above and beyond.

Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a decent stay in a super convenient location.

Room itself is nice and tidy. Small, but it is ok. Large bathroom. 2 minutes walk to metro station. Easy to catch a taxi.
But everything is a bit disorganised. There were no slippers, no towels in a room. It was very cold inside. We have not figured out how to switch AC to heat up the room.

Lovely hotel in Burjuman. Quiet at night, apart from the door closing in the corridor, which can wake you if you are a light sleeper.... located close to a metro stop and close to the airport. Room reasonable but very clean. Breakfast options plentiful. Would stay again....
