FORM Hotel Dubai, a Member of Design Hotels

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this outstanding hotel not once, but twice for two weeks each time, and I can confidently say it was a perfect experience.

From the moment I arrived, the amazing staff made me feel welcome and attended to my every need with professionalism and warmth. The location was a bit outside the center, but was still very convenient—it's just a stone's throw away from the metro, surrounded by supermarkets, a barber, and a variety of excellent restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the local area.

The breakfast provided each morning was delicious, with a wide array of options to satisfy any palate. The gym, boasting a breathtaking 360-degree view, made my workouts a pleasure rather than a chore. The rooftop pool was a delightful spot to relax and take in the cityscape.

I took the privilege to pay an upgrade to the mega suite, which offered an impressive amount of space and all the amenities I could possibly need. It was a luxurious home away from home.

Overall, my stays here were nothing short of wonderful, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

The hotel is easy to find. The rooms were big compared to other hotels in dubai. It's good for families. Thanks to Janel for the smooth check in and providing our needs. Thanks to the staff in the breakfast buffet they were all courteous and friendly. The variety of food everyday was amazing especially the French toast. The rooms AC were very nice. The view from our room was the metro so my kids enjoyed it. Although there were a lot of constructions around we didn't hear any noise. Thanks FORM Hotel for the amazing time.

I like the cleanliness of the room. They have a narrow bathroom but so clean, too. Their breakfast was nice. However, I did not find many varieties of food.

When it comes to amenities, I personally love their swimming pool. The water is clean, and they have a huge pool with a nice view. Guests will really enjoy their time on the pool with friends or family.

Perfect location, excellent service. We had a great stay and enjoyed the friendly service. The place was clean and very close to the metro station. Extremely clean room. We stayed in a small room..some might find it a little tight..but it was okay for us. The pool is superb🙂. Thanks to Janel and Hatam, they’re really helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Everything at this hotel was top notch. Great service, kind staff, good food … as a solo traveler, I felt completely safe.

The metro, as many have mentioned, was no more than a five minute walk. That part is great. However, it’s quite a distance from all the sites. So it would take a good chunk of 30-40 minutes to get to places like the Burj Khalifa, malls, the Frame, etc.

The hotel itself though? No complaints at all.

Great hotel, rooms were super clean and spacious. Beds were VERY comfy for a 4 star. Breakfast was decent didn't expect top of the end. Although they did make eggs/omelettes how you wanted it.

When we originally went there was a lot of building work going on plus the hotel was still brand new which was the downside but we still left happy.

The pool access and gym at the top was amazing, we barely used the pool as it was too hot.

Location wasnt the best it was quite far from places which meant we had to pay for a lot of cabs. Although we could have taken the metro.

Overall, this hotel felt like a 5 star instead of 4. The staff were super polite and rooms were great. My pictures are not the best as it was a few years ago.

Nice mostly clean hotel located near train station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel design is modern but this means it can be noisy - no carpet so you can hear neighbours above you moving their chair around.
The only hotel I’ve been to where there isn’t a water fountain in the hotel gym - nowhere to refill empty water bottles, though staff share new water bottles it would be better to have a water machine to avoid unnecessary plastic use!
Nearby convenience stores and limited food options. One of the more affordable options - I paid ~$120/night in January.

In general, the hotel left only pleasant impressions. friendly, courteous staff. The reception is always happy to help, special thanks to the Bishal employee. Of the cons- far from the city, the metro saves nearby
