I recently stayed at your hotel room number 217. and was absolutely blown away by the level of service and attention to detail. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk team was friendly, professional, and efficient.

The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. Housekeeper Mr Didarul did an outstanding job maintaining cleanliness, and the little touches, like the daily turndown service and fresh towels, made my stay even more comfortable.

What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional staff. Every team member I interacted with, from the concierge to the restaurant servers, went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. They were attentive, courteous, and genuinely seemed to care about making my experience memorable.

The dining options were fantastic, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The breakfast buffet was fresh and plentiful, and the in-room dining service was prompt and delicious.

I also appreciated the hotel’s convenient location, which made it easy to explore the area. The concierge provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and helped arrange transportation whenever needed.

Nice, convenient location with a 24hr check-in service which is of great utility to travellers with long layovers. Staff are very friendly which makes for a good experience at the hotel. Anamul was particularly helpful, handled luggage and cheerfully made sure we settled in well.

I Recently stayed there, I really enjoyed my stay. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The Reservation lady Uzma she was really helpful and soft spoken.
Location of the hotel is plus. Airport is near, you will find metro nearby

Hotel room is not clean enough as the carpet is wet feeling.  Room facilities is old

Great hotel for Business travelers. It is close to the airport and you cannot hear the flights taking off which is perfect. It is an older hotel but in good shape and very spacious room compared to other hotels in Dubai.
Downside - the meeting room services are a shambles. There is no coordination for services agreed. The internet is HORRIBLE . 2 years back we conducted job interviews for new candidates. The network connectivity was beyond workable . Fast forward 2 years later - it is still down the shitter hole .I could not run a single report . I had to hotspot my phone on roaming to get my work done. I told the front office - all they do is apologize. For a holiday great place ..not for business guest

It’s located close to the airport, about a ten minute drive. But around a 30 minute drive into the city. The closest bus stop is 5 minutes away and the closest metro stop is 10 minutes away on foot. They provide a shuttle service to and from the airport every 10 minutes or so. Check in process is rather fast, as is the check out. The check out times are favourable as well.
The rooms are nice and spacious though a teeny bit dated. The bathroom is also sufficient and clean. The staff at the reception and hotel restaurant are very helpful and warm. Customer service is well appreciated. The food is a buffet style, there is something for everyone. The meal times are also very favourable, you can eat at most times of the day. It was a nice stay, I would stay there again.
