Have to mention Sunil at the coffee shop - nothing was too much trouble for him. Always a smile 😊!. The hotel itself is basic- breakfast poor quality. If you are providing tea/coffee in the rooms you need to provide fresh milk and not charge for it !!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Dubai, only a 5-minute drive from the airport. The hotel was spotless and well-designed, offering great value for the price. The service was polite and professional, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. The spa was a highlight—amazing treatments at very reasonable prices! I would love to come back here again.

It was my first time visiting Dubai. Hit by the heat, while surprised by Flora Inn Hotel, almost everything, the staff, food, room and facilities…I booked the hotel right on the day I arrived, with a short notice and I was not expecting for something big although I paid a plenty of money 🥹While it finally proved that my last minute decision was super right.

I arrived at the hotel lobby with two big luggages and felt exhausted after overnight flight. The lady, a trainee receptionist called Sabita was so kind to let me check in early without extra charge—just kicking off my pleasant 7-night stay with Flora Inn Hotel.

When I entered the room, the big window, fresh and modern interior decorations, large space and cozy bed and sofa made me feel so relaxed from the busy trips. The bathroom is clean and big as well. Minibar is a hidden joy for me🤩

The dinning space is super big and elegant, with reasonable price and 5* service, makes my every day even more special. Amita was very attentive and recommended a yummy Indian bread and a fruit salad to me. And other staff like Jijo and Prasenjeet are nice too.

I love the swimming pool so much, it is well managed. The gym is also a good place to burn calories. I did not get the chance to try the Sauna and Steam room, but they look great 👍.

There are other surprises too, mostly from the service. The dedicated concierge team like Thapa and other staff which I cannot name one by one are helpful. They called the taxi for me, even lent a scissor to me (to cut my hair hahaha ), Omer from reception is always there to help. I forgot my adapter in the room after checking out, and I called them, they collected and kept it for me🥹, which I really appreciated.

During the days staying here, I feel like home, those working there are my neighbours, and this is the biggest charming part of spending money on a hotel, an experience that usually does not come to me , but they made it!

Not food related. We went here for the wellness- Spa, Massage. Everything was perfect! The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and accomodating. It is quite very hot when we dip into their pool, still there was staff who stayed and look after us, that time was 50C lunch time. It was clean from their gym, sauna, steam and locker rooms. We gave 5 stars for their massage therapist, by far she was the best among others we tried. It was worth our money and will surely come back.

Rooms are not huge nor impeccable ( sheets with spots had to be changed) but comfortable enough. Bathroom was very little. Rooms service is very good, quick, a lot of choice, and good quality. Service is average, they were very quick in moving the luggage or calling a cab, but they forgot the baby crib we requested in advance, and there was only one towel (for thee guests). Near the airport but it hasn't a shuttle, so you'll need to take a taxy to get to the terminal.

The front desk was slow to check in. Everything else was very good.

My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always meeting my requests with a smile and professionalism. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. The location is ideal, very close to the airport, making transportation easy and convenient. Throughout my stay, I had a great experience and I will definitely return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent accommodation and outstanding service.

Their peanut butter milkshake without added sugar is the best I’ve ever tried. They have a spacious prayer room too which grabbed my attention. All the best to this Hotel.

The room is generally clean! But the corridor is generally clean, and garbage is often seen piled up at the door of some rooms. The lobby environment is good and the transportation is relatively convenient
