We the SINGH family from the UK (consisting of me and my wife, along with 2 adult sons) stayed at Radisson Hotel Dubai Damac Hills for 1 night only (as a stop over in southern Dubai before heading onwards to Abu Dhabi), during a recent multi country family holiday, and truly enjoyed the experience.

The hotel is new build located in a developing residence area, with good local shopping facilities and fantastic views of the golf course, and surrounding areas from the private balcony of our bedrooms.

The front desk staff (including Smriti, Preet, to name a few), were very welcoming, efficient, helpful and full of cheer.

The restaurant team were absolutely fantastic. Simran welcomed us and guided us very nicely around the breakfast buffet items that were suited to our pure vegetarian dietary needs (ie. No meat, fish or eggs or any dishes containing these items). Chef Jatindero Sharma went above and beyond his role and specially prepared some paronta’s (stuffed chapattis) for us.

It was our pleasure and delight to meet with Parshant (restaurant manager), who not only took timeout to chat with us but took care of us personally to ensure we had a great enjoyable breakfast suited to our needs. Such a nice, humble, polite and respectful young man, and a true asset to the hotel management team.

Housekeeping staff (including Rajan and Karan) were amazing and super friendly, and checked if we needed anything extra.

Many special memories of our very short stay at this hotel, that we will treasure for a long time, and also captured on camera.

A HUGE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE (I AM SURE I HAVE MISSED MANY NAMES), FOR MAKING OUR STAY VERY MEMORABLE.

No parallel for the hospitality anywhere else I have received traveling overseas. I was stunned by the customer service and the facility upkeep.

We loved EVERYTHING about this hotel. It has relaxing atmosphere, amiable staffs, well cleaned room, and the array of breakfast is really good.
The only problem was the booking details we had have mismatched with their hotel system data... but what matters here now is how they smoothly managed everything on site. 😊

Whilst the hotel is very comfortable I just want to commend and thank a few individuals. I recently stayed at the hotel whilst my son was admitted to a local hospital. The whole episode was very stressful and quite upsetting but Kevin, Mario and Preet were all very empathetic and supportive and did all they could to take as much stress away from me as possible. Thank you.

I recently had a fantastic stay at the hotel, and I must highlight the exceptional service provided by the staff. The front desk check-in team, particularly the Nepali staff, made my arrival seamless and welcoming. Their warmth and efficiency set the tone for my stay.

Preeti at checkout was equally impressive, handling the process smoothly and with a friendly demeanor that made my departure enjoyable. Additionally, Chandhan at the restaurant stood out with his attentive service and great recommendations, enhancing my dining experience.

Overall, these team members are true assets to the hotel, and their dedication to customer service greatly enriched my stay. Highly recommended!

I have stayed at this hotel every time I have visited Dubai. It is not in the city centre so the price is very reasonable and it is easy to get around by taxi. The staff are always friendly and helpful and provide great customer service. The breakfast is very good and offer a wide selection.
