We loved EVERYTHING about this hotel. It has relaxing atmosphere, amiable staffs, well cleaned room, and the array of breakfast is really good.
The only problem was the booking details we had have mismatched with their hotel system data... but what matters here now is how they smoothly managed everything on site. 😊

Whilst the hotel is very comfortable I just want to commend and thank a few individuals. I recently stayed at the hotel whilst my son was admitted to a local hospital. The whole episode was very stressful and quite upsetting but Kevin, Mario and Preet were all very empathetic and supportive and did all they could to take as much stress away from me as possible. Thank you.

I recently had a fantastic stay at the hotel, and I must highlight the exceptional service provided by the staff. The front desk check-in team, particularly the Nepali staff, made my arrival seamless and welcoming. Their warmth and efficiency set the tone for my stay.
Preeti at checkout was equally impressive, handling the process smoothly and with a friendly demeanor that made my departure enjoyable. Additionally, Chandhan at the restaurant stood out with his attentive service and great recommendations, enhancing my dining experience.
Overall, these team members are true assets to the hotel, and their dedication to customer service greatly enriched my stay. Highly recommended!

Nice modern hotel. Rooms are spacious clean and you have everything you need. The hotel has a very nice pool and restaurants. Very near to the trump golf course and other places. The breakfast is good but this time so crowded. The crew did whatever they could and they were very professional and polite. I think they should limit the groups or find extra place when hosting so big groups. In general really to recommend.

From the management team Raul & Sid all the way down to concierge/ valet and head of security Kevin team the service as always is second to none. Every stay is a great stay and staff are always on hand to assist with what ever your requirements are 24/7.

I could not fault this hotel at all. The staff could not be more helpful, rooms are attended to everyday, cleaned towels changed ect. Food was great and reasonably priced and breakfast was great, good selection and there was something for everyone.
I would like to commend Imran from the pool bar team for the fantastic cocktails!
Overall great stay would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson. The amenities were top quality. The town center wasn’t too far away and could be reached with a taxi service. There is a mall that is located nearby to the hotel with a good grocery store. The breakfast services went above and beyond what was expected. The cleaning services in particular did an excellent job cleaning our room. Sunhil was fantastic.

Great spot if you are visiting Global Village. Short taxi ride. Lovely clean hotel with helpful staff and all kinds of facilities and entertainment. Rooms were quiet and comfy (we were on floor 21) with a fab view. Nice shower. Buffet breakfast was good but don’t bother ordering eggs (omelet/poached etc) if you want to eat with the rest of your breakfast. Very slow to arrive, had to ask a couple of times where our orders were and when the poached arrived, they were inedible-barely cooked whites with gelatinous yolks. Not to my taste at all and I’m not really sure how Chef managed it! Omelet was fine but not really worth the wait. Stick to scrambled from the buffet! Pool area was great. Well priced. Long way out of Dubai city though if that’s your main destination.

Absolutely lovely place to stay! From the moment you enter, we were greeted by exceptional staff hospitality, especially Raman. Her warmth and diligence was top class. Everyone took excellent care of my mum, combined with stunning rooms, the view and the peaceful ambience - this was one of the most memorable stays for me and my family♥️☺️
