Beach: public sandy outdoor unequipped beach JBR (Jumeirah Beach Residence), 200 m from the hotel across the road (2 coastline). The beach is 2 km away the beach towels: free of charge.
Deposit for services at a rate of$ 100 per night. A passport is not required. The Deposit must be paid on the day of arrival to the hotel, refundable upon departure after paying the bill for services rendered.

The apartment was nice and airy. With loads of space, our own kitchen, and 3 bathrooms. He also gave us a discount.
1) Day 1: The drain in the Shower was blocked! After raising it with reception, they had come to resolve the issue. However the shower was then left dirty after the plunge, and therefore we had to call reception again to get the shower tub cleaned!
2) For 2 nights of our 5 nights, house keeping had not left towels. We had returned to our room post 12am, after being in the heat the entire day, to return to a room without towels, and therefore towels needed to be requested from reception!
3) The kettle was not working on day 1 to make tea, and therefore we had to call reception to come and replace the kettle!
4) The bar fridge was not working (not making the drinks cold) and again we had to call reception to come and resolve the issue.
5) We were always short of Tea, Sugars and Milk and therefore this had to be requested again and again and again every single day!!
6) On too of that, the staff and the night Manager who is Mohannet says he will give me a late checkout which is on the day we are due to checkout.
Please do not come to this hotel. You are coming on holiday for convenience, but with this hotel, you are being inconvenienced!!

Great breakfast and clean rooms. Friendly service, although some issues when checking in and checking out, our room was not ready and our seemed to be unclear even though I had confirmation email and code. Resolved quickly though.
