I recently stayed at the Wyndham Dubai Marina with my family, and overall, we had a fantastic experience. The hotel staff was exceptionally professional and attentive to our needs. Despite a minor maintenance issue with a water leak in our initial room, the duty manager promptly addressed our concerns and ensured we were moved to a new room quickly.
The hotel went above and beyond by offering us complimentary breakfast for the duration of our stay, which was a delightful gesture. The breakfast offerings were diverse and delicious, providing a great start to our days.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Dubai Marina. The facilities, including the pool and gym, were excellent.

Good sized room. Would have preferred a shower rather than bath shower.
Food was excellent.
Helpful staff.
Excursion staff were rude so we didn't use their services.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel 👍🏻 friendly and very attentive staff! The service is excellent. The room is comfortable, has everything you need, clean, stylish. Breakfast was ok (buffet), but there was not enough choice of dishes. I highly recommend the hotel 🏆🌟

Very nice Hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We checked in early for a rather high surcharge but got a room upgrade. The room was huge and very clean. I can imagine usually the location is good but in July the heat was so much that we couldn’t walk any distance so we had to use the shuttle, the metro and taxis, which we mostly got help from the security to get taxi one of them I really remembered was LINDA, all the staff were really friendly and polite.Breakfast was super, We used the beach club, just sign up for the shuttle and wristband in advance.

I recently stayed at Wyndham Dubai Marina and had an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered stunning views of the marina. The amenities, including the pool and gym, were top-notch. The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I also appreciated the efficient and courteous transportation service provided by their limousine driver, Michael. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend Wyndham Dubai Marina for anyone visiting Dubai!

Avoid this hotel if you are Muslim/POC. We experienced racism especially at the pool by other guests because we were wearing modest swimwear. We also experienced racism by staff who we caught lying to us and not providing services to us but happily did for white people. We asked chef if meat was halal, we were told no, then we asked someone else who said yes. Felt very uncomfortable during our duration there! Only two staff members made us feel comfortable - Bella at reception and Premsagar at breakfast. We were glad to be leaving for another hotel, would not recommend to anyone!

Being our third vacation in Dubai, we thought we knew what to expect from this place, but the people at Wyndham Dubai Marina showed us that there are still things that can surprise us. The hotel offers many facilities, and our room was very spacious and bright, with a superb view. Everything is arranged with good taste and clean. The bed is super comfortable and the pillows are excellent. I also celebrated a birthday during my stay in this hotel and the people at the reception were super prompt, Shyam (the one who arranged everything) doing an excellent job! I warmly recommend this hotel! Bravo!

Very good. all people very friendly. especially at the breakfast buffet and room cleaning. At reception some people have trouble giving detailed information. more skills would be suitable. otherwise very satisfied. Rooms very comfortable and new. Location is also very good.
What I found very unfortunate is that the rooms with two beds are so close to each other. I was on vacation with a colleague and booked this room, but because the beds were too close together, he took another room.

Hey Wyndham team! I want to be very honest with you, with my feedback. The points won't be deducted, but I'll give you my maximum so as not to disrupt your work, but some household tasks definitely need attention.
I think you need to work more on the cleanliness of the rooms. The shower heads from above seem like they haven't been touched for years. The mirrors also have cleaning issues. In fact, in the 7 days we've stayed, you've done daily cleaning often and changed the towels, but I would greatly prefer if the duvet and pillow had protectors, it's a standard for good hotels. As for the carpets in the room, I think you've put them as accessories, either wash them more often or remove them altogether as they give a bad feeling. The breakfast is abundant and well-organized except for 2 or 3 suggestions that if accepted, I would be happy to share with you. First, the boiled eggs should be cooked with different timings and not just one type, more variety in omelets.
All these points I've mentioned are constructive and not meant to be negative towards you. We thank you for your hospitality and wish you continued success.
