Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel

My entire stay was wonderful. Mr. Ian at the reception was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, providing all the necessary information I needed and offering assistance whenever required. He also arranged a room with a lovely view. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's proximity to Ibn Battuta Mall, an amazing place where I spent much of my time exploring.

The only issue I encountered was with the dining discount. I had booked directly through the hotel’s website and was informed about a dining discount. I confirmed with Mr. Ian that this discount would apply to breakfast as well. However, when I ordered breakfast to my room and confirmed the discount again, the bill was not adjusted accordingly. The waitress explained that the discount could not be applied because it was already in a discounted price. While I have no issue with paying the full amount, the inconsistent communication about the discount was disappointing.

I dont usually leave reviews but this was hands down the best experience I have ever had at a hotel. Thank you to Paru and the front desk who was an angel and Sunday who helped me with my bags. Everyone was helpful and kind. Anything I needed, they were so quick to help me. My room was also really nice and my view was of Ibn Battuta Gate and I got the best light in my room. The location being right by the metro made my commute from and to the airport super easy. Best of all, the price was great for the value!

I recently had the pleasure of spending a pool day at the Avani Hotel Ibn Battuta, and it was an unforgettable experience.

Overall, the combination of great drink deals and exemplary staff like Arshad made for a perfect pool day.

We had stayed twice in this hotel and its always been amazing experience. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Our room was upgraded with a lovely view free of charge. Having nice breakfast with a pool view is amazing too. Thanks to Ms Sofia from sales for accommodating our requests that makes our stay always lovely and extraordinary. Ms Sonia from the restaurant cleaners was kind and friendly too. Highly recommended this hotel with good location beside the Ibn Batuta mall and easy access to metro station.

I loved this hotel. I booked this hotel on my birthday. They upgrades my room with gorgeous view for free of charge and also they surprise me with a cake for my birthday. It was really sweet of them. I loved the service here. I really liked the breakfast but a staff guy little old with yellow shirt was really rude to me when i ask things. Overall my experience was really good and i enjoyed the pool area.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made our experience even more special. The weather was extremely hot during our visit, and we were grateful to receive ice delivered to our room at no extra charge. The location is incredibly convenient, with a shopping mall less than a minute's walk away. The pool and gym facilities were very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Additionally, the hotel is perfectly situated with a bus station and the Dubai Metro right in front, making it easy to explore the city.

I am glad to write this opinion. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff is always ready to assist and very courteous. I would like to mention a particular employee in the restaurant. Sushmita has been great very nice to be greeted for breakfast and always ready to serve. She has a delightful smile and always has a moment to say good morning.

+ Walking distance from MS.. Accessible location. Sanitized/ clean room and comfy bed. All areas were clean. Hotel staff’s are friendly and accommodating.

We hosted our kids' birthday party with you and loved every minute we spent there. The food was amazing, and the service was incredible to the power of infinity. Avani Hotel stay was good and pleasant. The hospitality was great and especially Sushmita was friendly and welcoming all the time with her cute smile… I felt home staying at Avani and looking forward to stay again…

Also the receptionist people was too good all the time. They are active and helpful during the stay. Appreciate it.

Housekeeping guys were also so good and did the cleaning on a timely manner..
