Pro:
1. The room is spacious.
2. Great location, 800 metre away from nearest metro.
Cons:
1. Some receptionist are rude. They don’t care about customer’s problem. Only the girls are good in my experiences.
2. Breakfast is suck! Poor food quality. Please have a taste before you serve, and please make it variety. You were seems unprepared for breakfast service and the customer need to ask thing all the time.
3. You have 40 floors but only 8 tables for breakfast?
4. I feel like most of your staff don’t care about customer, why? Only some of them are really good.

Pool is fine , people are nice
2) blanket are old one, they really need to got new blankets
3) toilet and the bathtub was really mess, it was not clean and there were some of old hairs, further more, they did not put bath towels!!
Ultimately, one of the housekeepers stoles my items , I make check out and I left my items inside plastics , when I came back to grab the plastics she pretended that one of the items only is there and she took/throw what lefts.
Except the experience at the bathroom was not great. When you take a shower the water spills out all over the bathroom floor. Also, while opening the sink, I could not open the drain plug as the water was stuck and their was a spit on it (suggestion: let the room attendant ensure that all is completely fine before they leave the room).
-I booked their biggest room wich they say is 54 sqm. But It was only 39 sqm in total where 11 sqm was entrance hall.
-They provided 1 or 2 towels for a family of 4. The same was for shampoo, water etc.
- You can't sleep in the rooms due to noise from the roads surrounding the hotel. The windows/doors are note sealed enough.
- Filthy rooms and carpets. It looks like a hotel from 70s/80s. You should just see the iron and the iron desk! Destroyed several shirts.
- Very unpleasant people working in the reception. Many of them tried to rip me off.
- and a lot moore!!!
What amazed us and we all enjoyed a lot was the swimming pool absolutely kept and maintained clean by the hardworking staff there.
Overall it was a memorable & great Trip there. Hi-Five, keep it Great.
