Changed rooms, and was given a decent room with a balcony. However, I didn’t sleep one wink 😔. Had other rooms calling my room, asking for housekeeping. Brought this to the front desk knowledge, and they tried to fix it, but nothing improved. This happened for 4nights (and day) straight.😵💫
On top of that, the shower water would randomly get extremely low or stop completely. The day of my check-out, I had to sponge bath from sink water 🥴
Parking below could use some lights, but the overall location is fine. Has nice parks behind the building. And plenty of restaurants in and around the hotel. 👍🏽
Toiletries and towels were only provided for one person, even though we clearly booked for two. When we requested additional amenities such as extra towels or toiletries, the staff refused to provide them, which was very frustrating.
Overall, the room felt outdated and not well-maintained. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to friends or family.
Room lacked amenities slippers, laundry bag. One gets upon request, but I wish it was in the room given I checked in late.
Hotel was very clean, the personal is very nice.
