The facilities are especially considerate for elderly guests, with safety equipment thoughtfully installed in the toilets. This shows the hotel's commitment to guest safety and comfort, which I deeply appreciate.
While the TV channel selection was somewhat limited, with no movies or Asian channels available, the overall room experience was still cozy and comfortable. I also noticed the food options leaned more towards Western and Indian styles, which were well-prepared. However, adding some Asian-style dishes, like noodles, would be a welcome addition for guests who prefer them.
The welcome fruit was a lovely touch – thank you for that thoughtful gesture! It made us feel warmly received. I did notice that only one complimentary bottle of mineral water was provided, and I think having additional free bottles would enhance the stay further.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable and cozy atmosphere of the hotel, despite the traffic congestion on the road leading to the hotel between 3-5 p.m.

Dinner at their restaurant Flavours was amazing.
Overall the combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodation and top notch facilities made a memorable experience.I would highly recommend anyone visiting Dubai. Looking forward to returning back to pamper myself .
I was incredibly disappointed. I asked the reception staff to either move us to another room or refund us so we could relocate. They found us a room after an hour and a half. Honestly, if it weren’t for my parents who were also staying in this hotel, me and my husband would have changed hotels. The new room matched the photo in the booking, but unfortunately, the smell was still strange – as if someone had spilled big bottle of acetone. And once again, the windows don’t open. But room is objectively better and bigger. If only there wasn’t one more issue.
In both the first and second rooms, cleanliness was terrible. They clean carelessly. I wiped down the headboard area with wet wipes, and you can see the result in the photos. I wouldn’t recommend walking barefoot on the floor – your feet turn black. The nightstand hasn’t been cleaned in ages. The furniture is dirty. The only clean things were the bedding and towels. The toilet seat was dirty, so I had to wipe it down with antibacterial wipes.
On the positive side – great breakfasts and dinners.
Everything else was terrible.
2 out of 10. From now on, my husband and I will choose hotels ourselves for family trips.
Additionally, I want to acknowledge the receptionist, who provided us with a fantastic option to upgrade our room. Thanks to his recommendation, we enjoyed a fantastic and huge room with the best view during our stay from July 12 to 14. The combination of Angelo's outstanding service and the thoughtful room upgrade made our stay truly memorable. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit exceptional!
