I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to a very special person, Angelo, for the excellent customer service. Angelo is incredibly accommodating, always exuding happy and positive vibes. His smile and energy are truly contagious, making every interaction a delightful experience.

Additionally, I want to acknowledge the receptionist, who provided us with a fantastic option to upgrade our room. Thanks to his recommendation, we enjoyed a fantastic and huge room with the best view during our stay from July 12 to 14. The combination of Angelo's outstanding service and the thoughtful room upgrade made our stay truly memorable. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit exceptional!

I spent 7 nights at this hotel and I must say it was fantastic.
Food - very delicious and fresh
Hotel staff- very friendly, helpful and pleasant. They made my stay wonderful.
Location - its literally 3-5 minutes walking distance from JBR beach which is fantastic as well
Cleanliness - the rooms were cleaned daily and the room over looked the road with a sea veiw

Stayed here recently for 2 weeks and it was great. JBR is where we prefer to stay whenever we are in Dubai and we got a fantastic offer with the hotel.

We got a 1 bedroom apt which was huge. Housekeeping staff were excellent as were the staff during breakfast. Location is great, 5 mins at the max walk to the beach and the restaurants. Since they are located in the last cluster of JBR, getting out without being stuck at traffic signals was awesome.

Definitely plan to stay there again!

Wonderful hotel, literally our room felt like an apartment! Very big and spacious. Absolutely loved it. Service was excellent as well. We will stay there again for sure, highly recommend it.

I would like to give a comprehensive review after 5 days stay here: as a disclaimer first : I rate the hotels according the price I pay, this is not a super luxury hotel but for the money I paid I rate the hotel:

1. the location is very good! Close to beach (5 min walk) and lots of restaurants and cafes!
2. breakfast is very good, good coffee and tea, fresh omelet and good veggie food!
However, the dinner was with a good verity but not always best. You can always find something good!
A very positive experience at restaurant was their flexibility! We had a half board and could easily decide between lunch or dinner, or even shift the dinner to the next day!
3. valet parking for free, very easy and practical!
4. nice staff, kind and respectful! Especially the staff manager responds quickly if you have any issue!
5. A little negative: the Deluxe King room was Not a good experience on first day ! I booked a room for a family with an 8 year old child ! But they don’t provide a free bed for the child and ask for additional money! So be aware the the sofa in deluxe bed rooms is not big enough to accommodate kids above 5 years old!
6. the one bedroom apartments were however very large (100qm) with a sofa than can be converted to bed ! A kitchen and two bathrooms! So if you have two children or more go for apartment!

Apartment is big, location is really good at the Walk at JBR, the beach is 5 mins walk and Tram is just 4 mins away. Hotel can provide beach towels and umbrella. Restaurants next door, 24 hours supermarkets, laundry service are around. Breakfast was good with variety of food including live cooking station. Staff are exceptional and helpful. That was a great experience and I recommend this hotel.
