My recent stay at Jumeirah Creekside hotel was one of my best experiences. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the service exceeded my expectations. Everything was well-maintained, and I felt truly cared for during my stay.

One of the worst hotels I have stayed at with everyone complaining, was there for 4 days and heard so many people complaining and having a go at the staff for the service.
They don't accommodate any requests or offer any alternatives to help the customers.
The restaurant staff were very good but the front desk staff not helpful at all, everything is it's the hotel policy no room for accommodating any request.
Would not recommend anyone to stay here, instead go elsewhere with good reviews.

We are staying here for 4 nights and unfortunately we experienced a bad treatment at this hotel. The hotel staff didn’t approached us with a courtesy level you are expecting to experience at Jumeirah Hotels. My wife joined me only after one night and we had not the material time to speak with the reception as we were both very tired.
The lady duty manager in charge wasn’t polite at all on different occasions, she treated us like criminals. She demanded the passport of my wife but we told her the embassy took it for visa purposes and she didn’t want for accept any other documentation or a scanned passport copy. Instead of finding a solution, she told me that she had to remove my wife from the room with a security officer and she had to leave the hotel. That was unbelievable and disgusting only to hear that and her attitude was unprofessional as she was looking at me as she wanted to
show me who the boss is here, like someone is saying to you- you got any idea what you're up against?!!
I told twice to the reception that I am here for business and I am working on night shifts, thence I have to rest during the day. This lady instead of coming back to me nicely the following morning as I told to reception, she repeatedly knocked on my door to solve the issue personally the same day in the same afternoon with also another receptionist lady and demanding me to pay the extra room charge for an additional guest in the room without taking into account I was already I was already dressed in my pajamas!
The result was that I could not rest in peace as she ruined my day with her attitude and I am now writing this review.

5 stars for having EV Charging for guests. Life saver. I don’t have to waste hours looking for chargers instead I can charge while I sleep. Thank you
I will say, the hotel itself is also very nice for the price you pay. Big spacious rooms.
Update: I’ve stayed here 3 days out of 5 so far.
They turned off my charger at 51% the first day. While I was asleep sleep. My next whole day was miserable as I was wasting time looking for chargers trying to charge my car.
Today same thing happened. I left my car at 10pm. I woke up for breakfast at 7am. Decided to check on my car. The charger was off. While my car was still only at 80%.
These guys have an issue with leaving the charging breaker on even tho. Smart cars turn off charging when they are full.
It already takes 1 hour to get 18Km.
Don’t shut the power off to the chargers without guest’s consent.
They keep saying it’s free for only 4 hours. So what? Let my car charge in my sleep. I don’t care if you have to charge me.
I don’t want to waste most of my awake hours looking for chargers

Great Service. Rooms are very nice, especially the furniture design is unique. Bathtub design is very different. Room decor, electric curtains, mood light switches are perfect. Bed is royal and very cosy. Staff is very cooperative. Liked the personalized message with name on TV. Memorable stay. Highly recommend staying at this fantastic hotel.

While there are many hotels in Dubai, this one stands out for its convenience, affordability, and wonderful atmosphere. I particularly liked the interiors and the courteous staff.
Don't miss the sunset on the terrace; it's worth spending a few moments with a glass of juice.

The hotel is close to the airport, which is perfect for a brief stopover and the staff are very accomodating and helpful. The pool and bar areas are good and the restaurant food was enjoyable.
The room rate is excellent value compared to other luxury hotels, but the place is a bit tired and in need of a refresh compared to the more well known luxury chains.

The hotel is amazing but my one start is for the reservation department and the call center. The worst among all hotels I have called even compared to 2 starts hotels. It took them up to 5 minutes to answer my call in my 4 phone calls to them. During my calls line went disconnected twice and never got a call back.

The hotel is good for a short stay, I came for 20 days and found it a bad location, very close to the airport but nothing else.
The service in some areas was fantastic, but others very lacking. The club lounge experience was very good but regular dining and room service bad.
Some small issues, like a flickering light in the room & a broken door lock not fixed after asking.
The rain caused the services to close for 2-3 days, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel.
