Beach: sandy, 20 km (3-coastline) (use of hotel beaches MadinatJumeirah, JumeirahBeach). Shuttle bus to the beach: free. On the beach umbrellas, deck chairs, towels: free of charge. The beach is 2 km away. MadinatJumeirah poolside umbrellas, sun beds: free of charge.
When you arrive at the hotel charges a Deposit of 500 dirhams/ day, is returned to DHS.

The downside is the loud music from the bar during the night. Can make it difficult to sleep. Other guests talk very loudly, not much soundproofing between the rooms 🙄.
To get hot water out, the taps can take up to 3 to 5 minutes 🤔.
I would say this place is for party guests and not for those who want to relax.
I look forward to returning and will happily recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for making my visit memorable!
They don't accommodate any requests or offer any alternatives to help the customers.
The restaurant staff were very good but the front desk staff not helpful at all, everything is it's the hotel policy no room for accommodating any request.
Would not recommend anyone to stay here, instead go elsewhere with good reviews.
The lady duty manager in charge wasn’t polite at all on different occasions, she treated us like criminals. She demanded the passport of my wife but we told her the embassy took it for visa purposes and she didn’t want for accept any other documentation or a scanned passport copy. Instead of finding a solution, she told me that she had to remove my wife from the room with a security officer and she had to leave the hotel. That was unbelievable and disgusting only to hear that and her attitude was unprofessional as she was looking at me as she wanted to
show me who the boss is here, like someone is saying to you- you got any idea what you're up against?!!
I told twice to the reception that I am here for business and I am working on night shifts, thence I have to rest during the day. This lady instead of coming back to me nicely the following morning as I told to reception, she repeatedly knocked on my door to solve the issue personally the same day in the same afternoon with also another receptionist lady and demanding me to pay the extra room charge for an additional guest in the room without taking into account I was already I was already dressed in my pajamas!
The result was that I could not rest in peace as she ruined my day with her attitude and I am now writing this review.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending modern elegance with comfort. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, overlooking the tranquil swimming pool. The amenities were excellent; we particularly enjoyed the serene atmosphere of the spa, which offered a range of rejuvenating treatments.
Dining at the hotel was a pleasure, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. One highlight was breakfast accompanied by the calming presence of koi fish, which added a unique and relaxing touch to our mornings.
Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression on us.
Overall, Jumeirah Creekside Hotel exceeded our expectations with its impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, and thoughtful touches. Whether you're visiting for a special occasion or a relaxing getaway, this hotel is a fantastic choice in Dubai.
I will say, the hotel itself is also very nice for the price you pay. Big spacious rooms.
Update: I’ve stayed here 3 days out of 5 so far.
They turned off my charger at 51% the first day. While I was asleep sleep. My next whole day was miserable as I was wasting time looking for chargers trying to charge my car.
Today same thing happened. I left my car at 10pm. I woke up for breakfast at 7am. Decided to check on my car. The charger was off. While my car was still only at 80%.
These guys have an issue with leaving the charging breaker on even tho. Smart cars turn off charging when they are full.
It already takes 1 hour to get 18Km.
Don’t shut the power off to the chargers without guest’s consent.
They keep saying it’s free for only 4 hours. So what? Let my car charge in my sleep. I don’t care if you have to charge me.
I don’t want to waste most of my awake hours looking for chargers
