This is a decent hotel that Emirates and other cooperative airlines use when you have a flight cancellation or a long layover. It is close to the Airport. You can also book here on your own and stay here if you like. The AC is good. Keeps room nice and cool. The food is buffet style and is good. They have several options. There are good espresso type coffee machines in the restaurant and also fountain drink machine.

I was here in this hotel because of Dubai connect. The rooms are old. It was a room with 2 single beds. It was decent but not the best. They provided 2 bottles of water. 2 small soap bars. 1 small shampoo and 1 shower gel + 2 shower caps. I used the shower and it worked at first but after 2 mins, doesnt work anymore so i just used the faucet. Service is okay. Shuttle bus to and from the airport is super good. Food is mixed. And it was decent. Dont have a choice because it was provided by emirates airline and basically free so i guess my rating is not that far off. The best part is they ring the phone 30 mins before your checkout so that you will not be late in your check-in.

It’s a convenient place to stay during transit travels. Buffet meals are always great! Location is also accessible for easy commute to downtown Dubai for a quick site seeing in a short span. I always meet visitor friends here during their transit travel through Dubai. Will be back again!

During our 10-hour layover at Dubai International Airport, we stayed at the Copthorne Airport Hotel Dubai. While the hotel provided a comfortable and convenient place to rest, it showed signs of age and could benefit from some renovations.
Despite the older furnishings, the hotel was clean and well-maintained. Regarding the breakfast, we found it to be good but not exceptional. While it provided a satisfying meal to start the day, it could have offered a wider variety of options.
It's worth noting that Copthorne Airport Hotel Dubai seems to cater primarily to Emirates passengers, as it is conveniently located near the airline's terminal.

Stayed here during a long emirates layover. Check in was quick and simple. Room is very basic, dated, but clean. Odd location for outlets (not near the night stand) . Dinner was just OK, but free. Really convenient that there was a taxi service right outside that offers private tours of the city. Ali took me around to a handful of sites, stopped so I could get out and take photos, took me through the Dubai Mall and to the fountain show near the mall. About 2 hours to get a quick look around the city for a good price (find him on WhatsApp +971 556868824). Nice use of time for an extended layover.

Got a chance to visit the hotel via the Emirates airlines due to the flight being rescheduled. Great choice to get a quick sleep near airport and definitely good breakfast options. You also get a checkout call, regular small coach to Airport service. Was quiet when I was around may because it was for a short duration but overall is a good place for short stay. I especially loved the bathroom vibes.

This is a hotel built and run solely for Emirates layovers, and it is damaging the Emirates brand. I perceived Emirates airline to be 9/10 before, but they are closer to to a 6/10 now.
The rooms are extremely basic (read: cost cut). The doors either have huge gaps or are paper thin. You WILL be awoken every time people walk by outside, more so if they talk at even soft volumes.
The staff are not very fluent in English, and generally aren't particularly keen to help. They will lie to avoid some tiny inconvenience.
The location is only good for being close to the airport by car - it is otherwise pretty much in middle of nowhere in a minor seemingly industry zone. You'll need a cab to go anywhere.
The food was good for meeting macronutrient needs, but not much more. On the bright side, the free buffet pretty much runs all the time. Overall the food situation was satisfactory, it did not contribute to the low scores I'm giving.
I was looking forward to a layover as Emirates' websites show much nicer hotels, not this bunker. Emirates also broadly advertises itself to be equivalent to Singapore Airlines, which has genuinely great layover hotels, further setting expectations.
Further note: Google implies you can book this hotel through the website, but that actually redirects you to Copthorne Hotel Dubai, which is NOT this Copthorne Airport Hotel. A lot of the reviews and photos posted to review this hotel were actually for the other hotel.

Great shuttle bus service to and from airport, reception staff is very professional, restaurant staff should get a few tips from them, in my opinion they are way to serious, some of them have zero customer/guest skills. Food&beverages was delicious. Nice pool area. Great above and beyond service from Jenny and Honey " i'm home" these 2 ladies were amazing. Stay was short but sweet, thank you to all at the hotel.
