Copthorne Airport Hotel Dubai

Ram made sure we had an Amazing service and support throughout our stay! Very professional and courteous to ensure our experience was a memorable one! Despite the size of our family and undoubtedly the impact staying for a week in one space we had assured clean bedding, fresh towels and a very fresh room each day. They was no difference from the day we arrived throughout the stay there was a consistent maintenance of our rooms! We are very pleased!

No one enjoys long layovers due to delayed flights but my experience at this hotel made it a lot easier. Comfy beds and a hot shower after a long flight? Incredible!! The main star of the show was the buffet at The Swift restaurant. The food was amazing and the service was even better. Next time I stopover in Dubai, I hope my flight gets delayed so I can have another rest stop at this hotel.

A nice and basic airport hotel that provides convenience and comfort while transiting through Dubai Airport. This is hotel where Emirates provides hotel during transit through Dubai Connect for economy class passengers.

Rooms: The rooms are really big and have two single beds. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, sheets super clean, and pillows were soft. There was ample seating space in the room as well, along with black out curtains on the wall sized windows. The alley gets a bit noisy due to other passengers making noise at times, but generally calm.

Bathroom: the bathroom was also very spacious, decent fittings. The water pressure was extremely slow both in the wash basin as well as the shower. The shower was practically slow sprinkler water pressure so not very useful. You need to take out the shower and use it as hand held to have some sort of water pressure. Soap, shower gel, and shampoo were provided. The hair dryer is in the room and also not good air pressure as it’s smaller in size.

Restaurant: Free buffet for all the guests and you can avail all meals that fall within your check in time at the hotel. The buffet is very decent and has plenty of variety. Also unlimited hot and cold drinks are available through a juice, coffee, and cold drink machine. They also have room service menu in the room for food and drinks order in case you want to skip the long walk to restaurant.

Location: it’s at a six to ten minute drive from the airport terminal 3. There are coffee shops, bakeries, and super store at a 3 minute walk.

The location and the hotel is very safe for all times of the day and night. A lot of passenger movement here and there.

This is a decent hotel that Emirates and other cooperative airlines use when you have a flight cancellation or a long layover. It is close to the Airport. You can also book here on your own and stay here if you like. The AC is good. Keeps room nice and cool. The food is buffet style and is good. They have several options. There are good espresso type coffee machines in the restaurant and also fountain drink machine.

I was here in this hotel because of Dubai connect. The rooms are old. It was a room with 2 single beds. It was decent but not the best. They provided 2 bottles of water. 2 small soap bars. 1 small shampoo and 1 shower gel + 2 shower caps. I used the shower and it worked at first but after 2 mins, doesnt work anymore so i just used the faucet. Service is okay. Shuttle bus to and from the airport is super good. Food is mixed. And it was decent. Dont have a choice because it was provided by emirates airline and basically free so i guess my rating is not that far off. The best part is they ring the phone 30 mins before your checkout so that you will not be late in your check-in.

Would recommend!

It’s a convenient place to stay during transit travels. Buffet meals are always great! Location is also accessible for easy commute to downtown Dubai for a quick site seeing in a short span. I always meet visitor friends here during their transit travel through Dubai. Will be back again!
