The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, directly opposite a large shopping centre. Due to the proximity of the airport and the roads to the hotel can be noisy. Service at a high level, what can be said about the restaurant. The hotel is suitable for unpretentious travelers.

Location: 5 km from the airport Dubai, in the Deira district, close to shopping centre of Deira city Centre Mall, near subway.
Consists of 13 storeys.Beach: public sandy 6 km from the hotel (3 coastline). The entrance to the sea sand. On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. Shuttle bus to the beach (the beach Al Mamzar Park, entrance fee 1.4$). The beach is 1.7 km away.
The hotel does not serve alcoholic beverages.
When you arrive at the hotel will collect a Deposit (amount of Deposit is returned in dirham).

Huge rooms and very clean
The rooms are filthy! I suffered an asthma attack immediately upon entering the room. I contacted the rooms supervisor, checked into another hotel for a weekend while they cleaned the room, returned and had to go see a doctor soon after! My wheezing reached insane proportions!
After purchasing a bag of face masks, I checked the room and found dust bunnies under the bed, thick dust and grime behind the picture frames and cobwebs on the ceiling. I made videos of all of what I found.
I checked out, leaving my details for the GM to reach me, letting them know I had videos if they were interested, and haven’t heard from anyone ever again.
This hotel needs to lift their carpets, deep clean their upholstery, wash their windows, and generally just clean their rooms. A health hazard if you suffer from any respiratory problems.
The food, however was good.
Clean & comfy beds. Stayed 4 nights for our honeymoon Dec 2017.
Great breakfast options.
