Just spent the last 6 days at the Pullman Deira City Centre Residences.

We received excellent and very kind service from all the staff. Margaret was an excellent hostess. She made sure my family and I were well taken care off and made us feel at home.

Alex at the reception was ever so helpful.

Aqib and Sathees were great in making our residence be spotless.

Friday at the Lounge on 8th Floor was just perfect.

Only blight was on the TV 📺. There is need for an upgrade

Otherwise, a 5 star 🌟 experience.

The location and staff were great, but my recent stay was disappointing.

The TV and one of the room phones didn’t work, and previously reported issues were still unresolved.

The apartment felt below expectations, the sofa bed was broken again, the blanket was old and too small, and the shower temperature was hard to balance due to a weak heater.

The hotel’s outside doorbell (near the mall’s parking) couldn’t be heard, so I had to knock for attention.

I’ve stayed here since childhood when it was a strong 5-star hotel in the 2000s, but it’s clearly declining, and the price no longer matches the quality.

Had a truly wonderful stay at Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my visit. A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Tham and Nur Alam from the housekeeping team, their attention to detail, friendliness, and dedication were absolutely excellent. They made sure everything was perfect every single day and always greeted with a warm smile. Their service really added a personal touch to the whole experience. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding hospitality!

The hotel is strategically located with good connectivity by metro and road. The rooms were well maintained and serviced nicely. Appreciate sincere efforts from Tham, from housekeeping and Vishal, for their service.

Also, appreciate the lovely cake and birthday card from the in-house dining service.

There were enough space in the well designed wardrobes and the small kitchen.

The taps in the shower area could be improvised to the one having mixer instead of the old two taps for hot and cold water.

The space for the cars coming out from the parking is very tight with acute angle for approach, can be improved to avoid damage to the wheel rims.

Overall quite good place to stay and enjoy the city.

We travel to Dubai frequently and this hotel is our go-to. It is located right next to the mall, which is a big plus. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. The staff is very cordial and so helpful. We stayed here this week and all our issues were handled swiftly and resolved with perfection. Special thanks to Kavindu Barbie for always keeping our rooms neat and clean despite my three kids making huge messes daily!
We had the chance to visit their gym during this stay as well and I have to say I am impressed. It is well equipped and I had everything I needed for a full body workout. The staff there even helped look after my son while I worked out which was a huge help for me. Overall an amazing stay, as always.

Had a wonderful stay at Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre Residences. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped-perfect for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Special thanks to Chetan for his excellent service and attention to detail throughout our visit. His professionalism really stood out and made our experience even better. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We met Ayuni who welcomed us and also upgraded our room. She was so polite and warm. Kevin our bellman mad sure our bags arrived after we entered the room and informed us if we need anything we just have to dial 0 and we will be assisted immediately.
The room was very nice—clean, spacious, and well-decorated, making it a comfortable place to relax.
During checkout Anoop came for our bags and offered us to call taxi. Lin was there to assist us with checkout they were also incredibly friendly and helpful.Their warm hospitality really made a difference. Highly recommended!

Michael is not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely passionate about fitness and helping guests reach their goals. His approach is motivating, friendly, and completely personalized. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, he knows how to tailor each session to your needs while keeping it fun and engaging. I left every session feeling energized, confident, and even learned new techniques I hadn’t tried before.

Thanks to Michael, my fitness routine didn’t just stay on track during my stay — it actually improved! I highly recommend booking a session with him if you’re staying here.

Pullman City Centre is an excellent hotel — everything is well-organized and flawlessly executed.
The staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and well-trained, which really made a difference during our stay.
One of the biggest advantages is its perfect location, with direct access to City Centre Mall and the metro station.
The breakfast was also impressive: very complete and with a wide variety of options.
Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays!
