Located: in Dubai, on the coast of the Persian Gulf, near Jebel Ali, 60 km from Dubai airport and 75 km from the airport of Abu Dhabi.

The five-storey building overlooking the lush green area and the Persian Gulf.
The hotel 260 rooms. There are rooms for non-smokers.
Total area: 526 000 m2. One area of hotel JA Palm Tree Court 5*.
Beach: own sandy beach in 50 m from hotel (1st coastal line). The entrance to the sea sand. Beach towels, umbrellas, deckchairs: free of charge. The length of the beach - 800 m.
Deposit at check – in- from 80 to 135 usd* per night per room, depending on the type of meal (*the Deposit amount listed is approximate and may vary by hotel).
Smoking in rooms is prohibited.

Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.

People 7 years old and over stay for AED 375 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

The prices is really good and the whole experience is something else😍
We booked for 2 nights to relax
Rooms were clean and the view was amazing to the pool and sea
Note: be careful when choosing the room view because the first choice for us was the roof with air conditioners. This was horrible. So we changed it immediately to sea view and it was the best choice.
Other than that, there are many activities for adults and kids as well including horses club, shooting area, zoo, pools, kids club, variety of restaurants, spa and many more.
Is a good place to relax and disconnect from the whole world 🙏🏽
The service was the worst I’ve experienced in my 15 years of living in Dubai. This falls far below Dubai’s usual standards of cleanliness and service.
I strongly advise against visiting this place with your family.
All staff is very friendly and helpful. The food in the whole resort is very good. And tasty. I like that you can go to the other hotel next door to the buffet, took nice ride with the buggy there.
Saw you can take also the horse for some pictures in the sea, from the stables what belongs to the hotel next to their golf course.
Overall it’s a beautiful resort with lots of pools, since many years and does not get bored to come here.
Also kids like to play mini golf. Nice to have a pool only for hotel guest specially it’s 3
Meters deep.

All the swimming pools was great and beautiful and the mini waterpark for kids was super fun for children.

everything was beautiful there and sure will visit soon.
When it comes to dining options, I highly recommend the White Orchid restaurant for its amazing food quality, despite being a bit pricey. For a more budget-friendly meal, the sports bar is a great choice. However, I found the other restaurants on the property to be expensive with bad food quality.
