Excellent rooms for the money.
Spacious and clean. The service people are so kind.
Locality of the hotel is superb. We have mall at the ground floor, metro and bus station just opposite to hotel.
We have option to have food in mall.
Laundry is expensive. But we can call laundry from outside to take.

We had an amazing experience at Premier Inn, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Mr. Ahmad and Mr. Mourtada from the F&B team. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly demeanor made our stay truly memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met, and their warm hospitality was much appreciated.
I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, especially from these two wonderful staff members.

!!Stay Away from This Hotel – Horrible Experience with Zero Accountability!!
My long stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite the brand’s reputation, the experience was abysmal, and the staff's attitude was even worse.
1. Hygiene Issues:
We stayed for an extended period, and while they changed the bed covers, they never actually cleaned the room. As a result, it started to smell terrible, and there was dust everywhere. To make matters worse, the cleaning staff entered our bathroom with their shoes on, leaving dirty footprints behind. The entire place felt unsanitary and neglected.
2. Maintenance Problems:
There was water leaking from the wall near the toilet, which is absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, there has been construction going on in the hotel, including on our floor. After the construction started, the water in our room began to smell like bleach. We raised a complaint about this and had several managers and maintenance staff visit our room, only for them to say, "We don't smell anything—the water is normal." They offered no solution and said they would conduct an investigation, but their response would be oral, so we would have no idea if they actually intend to follow through.
3. Unhelpful and Dismissive Staff:
The most frustrating part of our stay was the staff's attitude. When we went down to the reception to ask about their "Goodnight Guarantee" policy, which is prominently mentioned on their website and throughout the hotel, the staff had the audacity to tell us they don’t have such a policy. This feels like a blatant scam from a brand that should know better.
The staff were more interested in denying there was a problem than actually trying to understand our concerns or address them. They showed no empathy or willingness to help, leaving us feeling unheard and disregarded.
4. Final Verdict:
This hotel failed on every level—hygiene, maintenance, and customer service. I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to think twice. It’s clear that this hotel doesn't care about its guests and is more interested in covering up problems than fixing them. Do yourself a favor and find a different place to stay.

We recently stayed at the Premier Inn Dubai Ibn Battuta for a leisure trip to Dubai City and were thoroughly impressed. The hotel's central location was incredibly convenient for leisure activities. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and all necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and addressing. Looking for a place to catch the game with a fun atmosphere, I stumbled upon Mr. Toad's Bar at the hotel. The vibe was electric! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and I managed to snag some happy hour deals on drinks and snacks while cheering on my favorite team.
But the best part? The view! While enjoying the game, I couldn't help but be captivated by the amazing view from the bar. It really added to the whole experience.

I was here for a month and everything was really nice. Rooms and the whole area are all clean and cozy.
The location is far from the hearth of Dubai but there is both metro and bus stations l. You can go anywhere you want.
Staffs are very friendly and nice and helpful. Specially in the restaurant they were so nice and fast and helpful. The lovely girl in the restaurant named Samiddika was so nice with an always beautiful smile.

Location was ideal a walking away from Inn Batuta mall. Rooms were clean but small and the fun part is that two buildings are attached to each other so you always keep guessing where to go. This can be frustrating at times but staff is very helpful and will be available for help and guide. I spent two days and the experience was good worth the money.
