Premier Inn Ibn Battuta Mall

I teach executive level courses internationally in Management, Leadership, Customer Service, Professionalism, security etc in countless 5 star hotels. I’ve stayed in Dubai for months at a time, and this is my hotel of choice. I choose to stay at this hotel because the level of service here is excellent and second to none.
For excellent service at the front desk, look for Yousef, Julie or their Manager Mohammed.
The hotel servicing staff are a reflection of everything I teach related to professionalism and customer service. The staff are a delight, Sumsa, Zee, Samiddika, Maleesha, Nay Moeey, Rajbir, and Sims are all always smiling, looking for ways to provide the best service, take pride in cleaning quickly and keeping everything in order for their customers. Their manager Ahmed must be doing something right.
Banrath cleans my room, he’s friendly and outstanding.

We stayed at this inn for a week and it was great stay. Apart from regular services, food services was awesome. Susma would help us all the needs from understanding the food items, their ingredients and getting help with special needs. Rabat Ali, the head chef was so nice that he would come out every day to greet all the customers and ask about any needs he could help with. It was great stay and was helped with great staff at inn.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff at the reception were especially welcoming and professional. Abdul, Yusuf, and Joana made my check-in smooth and pleasant, always greeting with a smile and ready to help. Their hospitality truly added value to my stay. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Hotel Ibn Battuta. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, with great facilities. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is excellent – with easy access to Ibn Battuta Mall, the metro, and the bus station. Truly value for money, and I have no complaints at all. Highly recommended!

I have been coming to the Premier for the last year and have noticed that their customer service is excellent!! The staff is always helpful in every aspect of the experience here!! One young lady in general has always gone over and beyond to make sure that I and my guest are well taken care of and her name is Maleesha!

I appreciate all her hard non stop work n dedication!! She has made me recommend this establishment at least 10 times to my fellow contract workers rather than the big name hotels that they usually pay for !!

They gave us a very nice room with a view. Thank you to Ms. Therese, she was very kind and attentive.
The room is clean and the AC is cold. The food during breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed it. Over all the stay is good.

Staying for 1 week was very comfortable with us with my sister. Service was great and helpful specially for housekeeping guy who always smiling (forgot to ask his name), and to Miss Rein and Derik in reception , they are very friendly. Will be back for sure.. ☺️

Very good internet, always an excellent bed and useful location - perfect for late arrival from Abu Dhabi airport/ next to Ibn Battuta Mall.
