Just opened Nomad cafe is a great place to unwind a bit. James and incomparable bartender Anuja will take care of you for sure 😃.
There was some banging early mornings from the painters outside on ropes and platforms so we were offered a change of room away from painters, which helped. The pool is amazing and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
Some reviews mention welcome drinks which was not our experience. They did however offer us early check in at no cost which was amazing. They also had a birthday dessert in our room on the first day which was also a pleasent surprise
There was ongoing construction during my stay, which may have contributed to some issues, but overall the hotel doesn’t feel truly 5-star. The accommodation is decent and clean, but not luxurious in terms of finishes or atmosphere.
The staff were genuinely lovely and very helpful, which was one of the highlights of our stay. However, even with great service, the overall experience lacked the 5-star luxury feel.
Half Board Experience:
The dinner buffet had very limited variety and didn’t meet 5-star expectations. While staff went above and beyond to prepare dishes we would enjoy, this defeats the purpose of a buffet. When I expressed my disappointment, they offered to make anything we wanted, but you shouldn’t need to do that at a buffet.

In summary, the staff are excellent and the hotel is affordable, but the limited dining options, average accommodation, and inconvenient location make it hard to recommend for a true 5-star experience.
Classic Middle Eastern architecture and an amazing atrium.
Staff are incredibly friendly and service was excellent.
Breakfast was extremely varied and will suit the needs of all tastes.
Our hosts during breakfast, Susan, Keith and Hamza went of their way to make our stay a truly memorable one.
Super comfy beds and pillows too.
Quite far out from Dubai central but its only a 5 minute walk from the Metro station and literally outside IBN Battuta Mall.

They have a great pool and a really fun Kids Club. Delía and Lovely are great Kids Club caregivers who make my kids' day more enjoyable, they took good care of my children meanwhile I was busy with other things.
The room was very comfortable. The service was great, from initial check in, all the way through to when I checked out.
The breakfast options were extensive and great quality, especially the cook to order omelettes.
We were transported to and from our business meetings every day by Sambat, in the hotel minibus. He ensured we arrived in good time every time and was very flexible in meeting our schedule. This meant we never had to worry our travel and could focus our attention on our customer.
I would happily book this hotel again.
