The room was quite and clean with a huge balcony. The service was good however some room service staff had hygiene issues and there was some confusion in our original booking, and we got an upgrade! Which was a nice gesture specially taking along with us 2 toddlers. The location and the amenities were amazing. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel! Highly recommended!
We are at the hotel right now and we can for sure recommend it to others!
The rooms are very clean and modern- all of them with coffe machine, iron and balcony.
The food is really great- everyone can find something to eat. Big plus for live cooking in the morning. Good opening hours.For us it is not a problem to sign the bills during the meals- we have all of the instructions from
The Rainbow Tour operator so it is also ok.
The resort is really green, amaizing views, animals and plants (it is not typicial for industrial Dubai)- we really like it as You can really rest here. Beautiful swimming pools which are heated. Great that there arent busy.
Beautiful private beach.
Our daughter is really happy with the buggy transport- great fun for her.
All of our family is really very happy here.
The staff is amazing- very friendly and really wants to help.

I’m currently staying at JA Lake View Resort, paying $1000 per night, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. My room overlooks a noisy construction site, making it impossible to rest. Additionally, every restaurant is fully reserved for a wedding, leaving no dining options for paying guests.
I have two more nights left, and I expect an immediate solution, whether it’s a room change or compensation for the inconvenience. This is not the luxury experience I paid for

We always go to JA and enjoyed access to pool and other facilities, the staff are friendly and approachable. However, they cannot give us a Complimentary room for a night using our Elite membership last December and this month we had a long weekend so I tried to contact them last January and begged to book us a night stay but still no consideration from your side. Please enlighten me how this high occupancy works that we cannot get a room from our membership while on your website there are still rooms available on the date I prefer.

Great value for money! The hotel was completed around 2019, so the building is in excellent shape, the rooms are very spacious and so are the balconies. The property is on one side overlooking the golf course (the other side is overlooking dirt track and area to be developed). It is a 1km of a nice walk to the beach but there is also a trolley option. This hotel is connected to 2 other JA properties and therefore you have many restaurant options. The gardens are nice and green and there is a splash park for kids.

The spacious rooms and our suite with a private pool were the best parts of our stay at the Lake View Hotel in JA Resorts Dubai. The cleaning staff did a great job and were really helpful.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience wasn’t as good. Despite booking well in advance for our large family, the check-in was slow and frustrating. We picked this hotel because of the aqua park, but it’s actually far away, and you need to take a shuttle bus to get there. It’s better to stay at one of the other 2 hotels closer to the park.
The “no food from outside” rule was a pain, especially since the room service food was pricey and not that tasty. Breakfast was also a letdown, with long lines to get into the buffet. While we liked the rooms, the rest of the experience wasn’t great, and we wouldn’t choose this hotel again.
