I recently stayed at this hotel in Dubai while attending an event at Expo, and the experience was fantastic. The hotel’s proximity to the Expo venue was incredibly convenient—just a short walk or a quick ride in their electric car service, which gets you there in under three minutes. This thoughtful feature made attending the event stress-free.

The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the outstanding service. Every staff member was kind, helpful, and always greeted us with a warm smile, creating a welcoming atmosphere. A special mention goes to Ali Zain from the room service team. His humility, kindness, and attention to detail made a huge difference in our stay. Ali has an innate character and professionalism that made us feel truly cared for. I hope he receives the recognition he deserves for his remarkable contribution to the guest experience.

The hotel also excels in its culinary offerings and features a lovely pool area, both of which added to the overall enjoyment of our visit. The only drawback was the nearby event venue, which plays loud music until midnight daily—a potential inconvenience for those who are light sleepers.

Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, incredible food, relaxing pool, and most importantly, the exceptional service. This is a place where you truly feel valued as a guest, and it’s somewhere I would happily return!

And do not bother with 3*nes of this hotel. It is misleading

Jamal at reception was really helpful and kind, amazing customer service was provided and he was very welcoming upon check in.

In general, the hotel is really good, breakfast was nice, for sure I will come back next time. ☺️ I really like it.

The only thing is that in Google Maps the direction is wrong, we spent almost 30 min trying to find the hotel, it was giving us wrong direction.

We had an amazing ane fantastic stay at Rove Expo City, from the service, room, amenities, food and late check out, it was all good. They even upgraded our room to suite room and gave us complimentary cake to our friend who celebrated her golden year birthday at Rove. We surely come back here for another stay. Had a wonderful stay in Rove expo city. All Staffs are really professional and helpful especially Mr. Bollo.The reception area is nicely done in a way that we can sit relax do works play games etc which was different from other hotels. The room facilities are also nice. Highly recommend
